In addition of the above, the view of the Mont Blanc from our patio and also from the outdoor hot tub is a special treat. Love the cute shaped light bulbs in the public areas. The hotel is literally next to the train station yet the Swiss trains are surprisingly quiet. I didn’t even know about this until the day we depart by train. The breakfast has wide variety of healthy choices with good quality.

The sitting room is a little too dim for our liking to read so we borrowed a desk lamp from the front desk. We were not able to find any English speaking TV channels.

The location was excellent. Very easy to get to all the major sights from the hotel. Right next to the train station. Easy walk to downtown, Aiguille du Midi, Train to Montenvers, the Plan Praz. etc. We were updated from a basic room, so room size was very nice and comfortable. Loved the views. Breakfast was substantial and excellent. Staff were very nice and attentive. Bed was super comfortable.

There were no bathroom amenities to speak of. Asked and received a few items but for a spa hotel we expecting some decent basic amenities. Was kind of loud at night outside. No AC which wasn't a problem but we wanted the windows open to get fresh cool air and a couple of nights the neighborhood noise was high. Parking was 30 euros a night. No one told us this. They asked if we wanted to park our car and we said yes. in retrospect I should've expected a charge but there was no mention and it caught me off guard. Don't need a car while here so next time we won't have one. Spa was okay but could have been better. Two hot tubs, one outside, one inside, both lukewarm. Sauna didn't work. Hamam and pool were nice though.

The hotel was high end and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with a large super king size bed. Check in was great and we were given water bottles- much appreciated after a long transfer to Chamonix. Breakfast was excellent and a wide choice of food….everything you could wish for as breakfast. Catered for gluten free diets too. Evening food was also delicious- choice between 2 starters and 2 main meals. Dessert trolley to follow. Highlight was the hotel spa complex in the building across the road. We chose to walk in our robes (provided in bedroom) to the spa building opposite. Great facilities and spa treatments also available for an additional fee. Only downside was the 10 min walk to the skibus bus stop.

Great being able to use the spa, it's a really cute one. The room and bathroom were a good size and the balcony was a great touch with a nice view. The staff were very friendly and the location was very convenient for everything you need to get to in Chamonix.

Minor points: The doors to the rooms slammed closed so I would be woken up by other guests leaving in the morning, and it is next to a train station so sometimes the trains going past would be loud. Another minor annoyance that we had to ask for milk when they already provided tea bags and coffee, I get asking for shampoo/conditioner to reduce waste but when you wake up and you really want a coffee it's a pain having to go down to reception to ask for milk.

We’ve stayed at this hotel a few years ago before renovation and it is lovely. I love the theme and overall had a good stay. The rooms were comfy and had a balcony which was nice. We had a separate bathroom and toilet which was nice. Wished we’d checked before and made sure we had a bath as the photos on booking.com do show a bath but the shower was powerful and the towels were large which I personally like. Coffee machine in room but no breakfast tea or milk but this is a personal preference. I really didn’t like the rubber cups and thought they were a bit dangerous with hot drinks in. The breakfast was nice but lacked room to move about the stations etc 2 toasters on the bar which everyone crowed around. I thought that there could have been more cheese variety than just one choice. The yogurts, pastries and coffee were delicious though. We had some very noisy guests next door to us who came in early hours and woke up very early with loud music but this wasn’t the fault of the hotel. The spa was great. Clean and provided towels and robes in our rooms. Only downfall was the pool was cold and the jacuzzi wasn’t very warm inside or outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay and with few improvements I would 100% come back.

As mentioned, just the mugs in the room and the pool temperature. There were loud guests but this wasn’t the hotels fault

The hotel food was excellent. The restaurant manager hand delivered room service to our room, she was amazing, the definition of good service.

Our part of the hotel was still under construction, so the lobby wasn’t done. It was ok, we were happy but it’s not as nice as it will be when it’s complete.

Great welcome and lovely pool and spa facilities. Hot tub by pool is great. Small sauna just outside pool room is great. Loved the vibe and interior design touches which all make this hotel comfortable and relaxing. Amazing views from all rooms. Fantastic breakfast buffet but see what we didn't like. Right next to the train station, near the Montnevers train, 10 mins walk to the Aguille du Midi cable car. Easy stroll into town to access hundreds of eateries and restaurants.

Parking is a bit of a nightmare if you have a big car (XC90). Very tight and we had to climb in through passenger door to get car out. Better to use the public carpark right next door. Pool could be warmer sometimes (about 28-29 degrees?) which is a pity as it is absolutely lovely. Not helped by guests leaving door open though. The one thing that does let this hotel down is breakfast service and space. Very busy as school holidays and staff (all lovely) could not keep up with making sure cutlery, plates were available. And with keeping tables laid.

The hotel is fantastic, incredibly clean and comfortable. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable. The Mountain View was breathtaking. The location is very central, all top restaurants and shops are just 5 mins away. As we were traveling with kids, we spent a lot of time in the children’s area of Planards which is also just 7 mins away by walking. The breakfast was very good, especially the fresh croissants! If we ever come back to Chamonix this hotel will definitely be our first choice.

Nothing really, the only suggestion is to add more vegetables for breakfast.

Right in near the station, close to Main Street and one of the main attractions. But also not noisy at all! Also with the top view. Really warm welcome, was possible to check in a bit earlier, provided umbrella when it was raining and welcome bottle to fill in later. Really nice tea bar at the room. 10 out 10 experience with the personnel. Spa massage was super nice, but a bit of pricier side.

The spa is across the street, which is not expected. Bathrobe was provided, had to ask for slippers to go back and forth across the street. Be mindful of toiletries, it’s not provided - only shampoo/gel. No toothpaste or cream - which would be expected from 4 stars. WiFi was not the best, no Netflix or any streaming platform, only TV.

We had a Quadruple Room with Mont-Blanc View and a view was really amazing. We had 2 balconies. Room was large with separate spacious wardrobe. Bad were comfortable. Everything was clean. A bathroom with two designer sinks, a shower and a free-standing bathtub in front of a glass wall with a view of Mont Blanc. Really beautiful! Good breakfast in a very cozy restaurant. The hotel is in a quiet location, even though the train station is right next door. We didn't hear the trains at all. It is right next to the center of Chamonix, but also close to the cable car to A.du Midi and to the train that goes to the glacier. The Olympic sports complex is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. If we ever come back to Chamonix, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
