Simple hotel with basic facilities, but newly refurbished with clean (if small) rooms/ bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We have been twice this winter and it far outperformed our expectations. Staff friendly and helpful , aided by the hotel cat that has real personality/attitude!

For the price it would be unfair to find fault.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was small but typical for such hotels. Kept clean every day. Nice location close to shopping and some restaurants. Good breakfast we were happy overall.

The room didn’t have a kettle for tea or coffee but staff was nice and offered to use the kitchen one so that wasn’t a problem.

The staffs are professional and friendly. The location is great with the view on Mont Blanc.

I am a coffee lover and I wish they had a kettle in the room. There is unlimited coffee by the reception, however it will be easier for me to make a coffee at room when I am getting ready in the morning. It could be only personal choice. Also it will be more convenient if they are extra bin provided in room not only in the bathroom. Apart from that everything was great.

The room was small but good for the money we have paid with basics facilities. The staffs were friendly and supportive.

Not be able to make a cup of coffee in room (we like this option when we are getting ready for the day), however we were able to go next to the reception and use the coffee machine and drink as many coffees or teas we wanted. Also when we had our last breakfast and came to eat at 9.30 am (half an hour before closing) there were no hot meal left apart from a boil egg that we could make). We had to ask if there were any sausages or bacon left and staff brought only 5 small sausages that we could eat.

Nice location. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. In clear weather you can have a great view of the MontBlanc from few rooms and also from the front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Such a great team, exceptional, flexible and always with a great smile. The ibis personnel was outstanding.

Some loud other customers and the typical ‘industrial’ scrambled eggs were a small minor.

The room is too hot and at night we had to open the window The room is also pretty small, but it's not necessary a big one because all day you are outside

Really nice place, the parking outside is free, and our dog was welcome :) Very clean too.

The room was small and felt a bit cramped for 2 people.

I’ve stayed here many times. This is a no-frills, very functional hotel that does what it does exactly right: good beding, good service, good breakfast. nothing exceptional (except the view on the mountain!!) but very dependable, and thats a rare quality!

a bit bland, rooms are a bit small, walls are a bit thin, ventialtion is always on

Very happy with our stay. Comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was great with a variety of selections and very happy with the parking space.
