Couldn’t fault the cleanliness everything was spotless and felt brand new, the facilities were great- free coffee/ hot chocolate in reception, the quirky decor, the arcades and table football were a hit with the children, we loved the room and the tvs with films easily accessible. The bed was sooo comfy and the children loved their bunkbeds. The spa was lovely. The staff on reception I felt went above and beyond to make you feel at home and welcome. They worked very hard, the staff were also great in the hotel ski hire shop. We really liked the bar area too. Fab hotel!

The location was good but we thought it was ski in/ out which is why we chose it. It is only a short walk to the lifts but didn’t stop the kids from moaning carrying their gear! My only complaint would be the heat in the room. I was told this was unable to change. Our friends in another room didn’t have this problem though so might have just been ours. After 2 nights of little sleep I just opened the windows and the problem was solved! Would have liked more live music in eve but I think the whole resort in flaine is pretty low key in terms of apres ski and we loved just hanging out in the bar area with some games.

Room at little small Not much storage room/hanging space for clothes etc Fire alarm went off in night - couldn't find the stairs the corridor was very dark and stairs door black with silver staircase difficult to see. signage on ceiling didn't see it .brighter sign on stair door would be helpful.only 1 member of staff running around building no one checking guests marshaling - if had been a fire would have been dangerous .would be helpful to have one person in reception to direct guests and reassure

Very comfortable - great beds, nice bar and relaxing area and spa. Buffet was great and option for sushi restaurant too. Staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful - and very helpful ski rental team (went above and beyond). All staff tried to accommodate requests. Lovely little touches eg lovely words to wish best for new year and chocolates. Always top up room water bottle and had complementary hot chocolate and coffee downstairs as well as tea and coffee in room. Location is good - not ski in ski out but only an easy 5 mins walk to the slopes. Staff felt like a real team which then came across in atmosphere and service.

The room slightly on small size but was well designed and comfortable and fresh/felt new. Good value accommodation. Only issue on value for money was very expensive New Year’s Eve buffet which didn’t even include a drink.

Lots. Staff are very friendly and helpful, it’s got a ski shop in the hotel which makes hiring kit very easy and there’s ski lockers included, lift passes booked the night we arrived and collected first thing next morning, the spa is great after a long day on the piste, breakfast is varied and good, there’s a bar and three restaurants which gives plenty of variety, the TVs in rooms have a good number of films (useful if needed to recover from a day on the piste) and there’s a hot drinks machine in reception! It’s about 5 mins to the slopes and right next to two lifts up to Flaine Foret

Slightly small rooms and not much space to hang ski kit

Staff very friendly and helpful, facilities have everything to make a parent’s tasks easier. Room was exceptionally large and bright, and kept spotlessly clean.

Super nice hotel with a cool vibe - free snack every staturday at 4.30pm for the kids. Very nice atmosphere with live concert on saturday night. We loved the room, very well set up for kids & parents, the dinner was also awesome with an amazing buffet. The swimming pool is great after a day of ski :)

The walk to the ski slopes with the ski boots is not nice... It is a little far. This hotel is not really ski-to-door. But the experience is nice! I recommend!

Where do I start... Breakfast, superb. Tasty, huge variety of choice, great service. Dinner. Superbly themed each night, food was amazing, service even better. Spa, great sauna, relaxing pool, nice & spacious even at peak times. Ski Room - The locker concept is fantastic, so useful at the start and end of each day to change & store. Bar - Vibey, good service, fantastic DJ on certain nights. Reception - Mega helpful, great to pre-book lift passes. Location - Wonderful, 5 min walk to all the lifts, shops and bars nearby, super easy. Staff - So so good, attentive, friendly, they really couldn't have been better. We cannot wait to return, my first 10 for a property.

The only critique if I had to provide one, the smaller rooms don't have much space to store a suitcase, that's it.

Great hotel, had everything we needed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The ski/board/boot room was convenient with lockers. Good breakfast with wide range of options. Food in the hotel was good. We particularly enjoyed the sushi restaurant which was good value for money. The bar was also a nice space to relax with a good selection of drinks. The spa was great and not too busy.

The room was too hot, made it difficult to sleep at times. Had to sleep with window open.

The hotel is very funky and nicely decorated. The room was very spacious and had a nice view. The buffet was very good and different options every day of the week were appreciated. The spa facilities are good but would be nice to have a separate time for adults only as children area is very loud.

Cleanliness of the room could've been better (there was dust everywhere and hair in the bathroom as the floor wasn't washed very well). The lift is a fair walk away so it's not exactly ski in ski out hotel

Lovely hotel, clean, good facilities, lovely staff and a 5 minute walk to the slopes. Great ski room and ski hire facilities on site.

We booked via Booking.com because of location and price. We paid the full, non-refundable amount for the 4 nights direct to the hotel at the time of booking, and then city taxes on arrival at the hotel - perfect! However, on checking out at 6am this morning, the guy at the reception desk informed me that we had only paid for 3 nights and was expecting me to pay a further €153 for the fourth???!!! Needless to say that I did not accept that and requested that the manager email or call me directly to discuss. As far as I am concerned, we paid the full amount due at the time of booking. I haven’t heard anything as yet and this was rather disappointing after an otherwise perfect stay.
