The room was fabulous, a real treat, spacious and bright. The staff were brilliant, the ambiance was fun and friendly, clean and welcoming. The spa was great and the bar area fun. The ski shop and lockers on site were fabulous too.

If I had any gripes... And I am having to think hard... The walk to and from the slopes is at least 3 mins each way. Ski in is possible in heavy snow conditions only. Ski out is not. And the beer in the bar is poor, all three choices tasted off.

The staff who all super and very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Easy to get to the slopes. Lovely breakfast. Beautiful view. Ski shop was brilliant and so easy. Loved the car free week and love Flaine.

I think I would have liked a slightly more sophisticated bar and maybe a dress code in the bar (some people in their PJs) - but I know others enjoy family atmosphere.

Very comfortable the staff were very friendly and the cleaning staff particularly were amazingly efficient. Good to have the sauna empty the ham as well as lockers for skis.

It’s a bit inefficient to have the ski lockers in the ski shop so no one can get to their kit before the shop opens at 8:30 in the morning . Some people like to go skiing / ski touring earlier.

Very funky place! The attention to detail is amazing. The karaoke was good fun, never done that before. Wonderful cocktails . We had two interconnected rooms which gave us a great space. Location is spot on. The town was a little quiet but it’s very close to the end of the season.

We had the Buffett on our first night and it was the worst meal of our entire stay (and the most expensive!)

We had a really excellent stay at RockyPop in Flaine. The apartment for four was great - very comfortable, perfectly and practically designed - with twin beds in the main room and a separate bedroom. The facilities (pool, sauna, steam room, chilling pods etc.) were excellent. The staff were very professional, very helpful and delightful. The food was fantastic, at every meal - breakfast, buffet dinners and the sushi restaurant. The hotel location was very convenient for the main lift at Grandes Platieres and it was so easy to be able to rent our equipment from the hotel ski shop, as well as sort out our lift passes in the hotel. In summary, everything was really fabulous.

Spacious, clean, friendly staff who went out of there way to make sure we had a good stay.

Room was very hot with no way to turn down heating. Aircon control did nothing. Had to open a window which seemed very wasteful.

Great location, really good entertainment options (pool table, table tennis, karaoke booths, band nights etc) and facilities with free ski lockers. Loved the quirky decor. Our apartment was great. Overall we had a fab stay!

The staff couldn't be more helpful, the spa was good, the hotel had a great vibe, rooms were clean and apart-kitchens well equipped, ski room easy to access, and hotel reasonably good value for money. We were a couple + 2 friends. The hotel was perfect for us

All amenities are great, great location and view, friendly staff.

Needed more space for coats and shoes and a drying rack for other ski stuff that doesn't go in the lockers provided ( which are great) A small coffee table would have been nice too.

The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The facilities including the spa were very nice but busy. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
