Great value for money.. just a 2 minute walk to the Prodains Express lift which takes you straight up to avoriaz. And bus stop opposite to go into town. Hotel is dated but very practical and good value for money and clean. We cleaned our own apartment before we left. Checkout was simple. There's a small restaurant attached which does lovely pizzas and they have cheese night too. Only issue was the beds and paper thin walls... bed were too hard for me. But that's a personal preference I guess. Rooms are cosy and warm. Lots of throwovers and pillows provided but not needed. I took silicon earplugs and I'm very glad I did. Hearing your neighbour peeing next to your head is not the one... and avalanche cannons going off at 5am wakes you upbe prepared for that if it snows!! Kinda cool though. Kitchen is basic; no oven or toaster. But we managed again you get what you pay for. There is a 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave, kettle. Always plenty of hot water and great size bathroom we stayed in room 210. Not a bad view of the trees and mountains in the distance and a tiny balcony which was a nice surprise. Loads of space to dry your kit. Airing rack provided loads of cupboard space in the hallway. There was only 2 of us though. It says holds 4 but can't see how it would work. Staff are helpful and friendly. Reception closes about 10pm then you have to use the outside entrance if you are late back. You can order bakery items the night before to pick up at reception at 8am. Which is handy. There's no shops nearby so you'll have to get the free bus into morzine and back so worth noting. Nothing provided for washing up or even a teatowel. So be aware of that too. Buses are very frequent until 6.30pm then every half hour. You'll need to get the A bus from outside Rhodos bar to get home. They run until around 10pm Apres is easy in avoriaz as the Prodains express runs until 9.30pm!!

Only a few minor things; No toaster, hard beds, thin walls. Bedroom was so small we could barely get in it... the size of a bed and maybe half a foot.

During our stay my friend came off his bike and was in hospital for 4 nights. During that time I had to drive to see him, phone to organise his return after I left and various other things. The staff were exception. They went above and beyond! Before I left I had requested an extra week for my friend, they rearranged other guests to enable him to return to the same room where all his belongings were safely stored. I felt he would be supported there if he needed any help which was great for my peace of mind as I had to return on my previously booked flight as I did not have the same amount of holiday leave.

Probably the reduced internet but I don’t think it was any different for other hotels ect. There really wasn’t anything to complain about.

Incredible value, we had everything for a comfortable summer vacation in the mountains

The one bedroom apartment was smaller than a typical ski self catering accommodation but we really didn't spend much time inside apart from sleeping. The communal courtyard has BBQ and sports facilities ( badminton, table tennis, boule) as well as several picnic tables - so we mostly spent time outside or enjoying Morzine nigh life.

Great location within walking distance from the Prodain ski lift. Great view from the room. Nice kitchen area. We were on the third floor and it was very quiet. Very friendly staff. Bar and restaurant on site was very convenient for dinner.

It would be nice to have some basic stuff included in the room like toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, sponges/dish rags, maybe basic cooking goods like salt and pepper. There's no convenience store nearby to get these items, you need to take a shuttle back to town. We purchased a lot of stuff that we ended up leaving up there but I think they just remove everything from the room between each guests.

The location.

There was nothing at all to support the kitchen activities. Not a single dish scrubber, not a single kitchen’s cloth, there was a washing machine but not a single soap tablet…. For sure people level leftovers, and employees should not make these desapegar, but leave them there for next customers instead. That’s not kind for someone to buy a pack of these items for a couple of days stay.

We loved the super friendly welcome from Victor, Pierre and team! Everyone was very helpful! The accommodation was quiet, clean and had everything we needed. It was great for our dog too! The bar and restaurant area were lively, we enjoyed the food and beers! A great family Après-ski bar with games! The location was perfect for the Les Prodains lift to Avoriaz! Private parking was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again!

The WiFi was limited to the bar and was slow and intermittent at times.

The apartment was pretty small - it would have been very tight for 4 people, but it was fine for 2.

the linen set that is offered for rent is pretty much a piece of paper. either take your own with you or buy in the city center. the one offered is below par

Justin and his staff are very friendly and positive. imIt’s very good value but be aware, some of apartments are maybe a big dated. this does not bother us as it’s such good value. very close to the gondola for accessing Avoriaz.

the last bus to get from Morzine back to the Apartment is at 9pm. be aware that there is an extra charge for bedding and towels (no problem for us as the price is such good value for the Apartment) There is no supermarket in Prodains. (it’s a quiet hamlet so you have to get the free and frequent bus to Morzine to do the shopping).
