I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Mil8! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, especially the breakfast buffet. The lobby was beautifully designed and the location was perfect next to everything. Overall, I highly recommend The Hotel MiL8 for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations. I look forward to returning!

The Hotel is very close to the drop off point when you arrive. It is ski in and ski out so very easy to access. Also very close to restaurants, shops, ski hire outlets and the lift pass office. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is wonderful after a long day skiing.

There was no air-conditioning and we found the room a little hot, and it can be noisy outside at night so leaving the window open isn't always a good option. But this is a very minor issue, the hotel is fantastic!

The hotel is very hip, modern, contemporary & cosy. The staff were fantastic from the front desk, to bar staff (who make the best cocktails & expresso martinis), right down to the service depts. Food was very good. We ate there through the day on a couple of occasions. Good choice at breakfast Location was excellent - Great place to ski ⛷️ The pool was cute with a beautiful view and the jets helped our ski legs! The Sauna was very nice too. We all had on site massages which were wonderful & highly recommended. The Christmas Eve entertainment jazz band were fabulous ❤️

We came at a very busy time of year so room service was limited. It could be very busy in both restaurants if you don’t book in TV in room only had two BBC English channels. Suggestion: Maybe an opportunity to upload Netflix accounts is worth looking as we stayed for 9 nights and didn’t ski every day 😊

The hotel was lovely and clean with good facilities and a great location.

The only downside was that the toilet in the room was very small, the room was very hot, and although the location was great, it was very noisy with vehicles passing during the night for what felt like most of the night, every night. We had to open the windows during the night as it was so hot in the room, which then made the noise worse.

The location is amazing! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious. Breakfast is good and the waiter at breakfast couldnt do enough for us. The infinity pool and sauna are just the cherry on the cake.

I loved everything! The hotel is expensive but we have booked again for March. I don't think we would be happy staying anywhere else.

Very close to the underground car park and a supermarket, so points for that. As it was summer in a ski resort we didn’t need to be nearer the action and could easily walk luggage from the car. We loved the modern design inside and stayed in a Cocoon room which was cosy and comfy but nothing like as small as I’d feared (and, across three nights, about £180 cheaper than the next category up). Food was good, prices a bit expensive but they do have to cart everything up a mountain first. The small indoor outdoor infinity pool ingeniously has jets both ends that create a current to swim against and the outdoor terrace with a bar downstairs at the back faces the slopes and is a great place to people and Avoriaz watch.

No drawers for your clothes in this first floor bedroom and only blackout curtains so it felt a bit goldfish bowl like opening the curtains to let in the light with pedestrians outside being able to see you sitting up in bed. One staff member blew a bit hot and cold on the charm front but everyone else was very friendly. Breakfast was adequate but the coffee machines weren’t working and one morning the scrambled eggs were stone cold.

The location is perfect, just next to the main street. The views from the room are stunning, and everything feels modern and clean.

I expected a better wellness area from a hotel at this level. The sauna and pool are separated into 2 different floors, the "gym" is just a few dumbbells and a treadmill and the pool temperature isn't hot enough in my opinion. The breakfast variety is very limited as well.

Amazing location - true ski in, ski out. Nice, comfortable room with beautiful balcony and lovely view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Cosy bar/reception area. Fab boot room with locker for each room and heated boot hangers.

The shower/bath water tended to be lukewarm not hot. The cold tap, conversely, was always a bit too warm for drinking water. The spa isn’t really a spa - there is a sauna on one level, outdoor pool on another (not warm enough to stay in for long) and treatment room on another.
