Large apartment with all we needed. Matresses were foam but comfortable.
We booked as it said near lifts/piste but wished we’d booked one nearer to town as there’s loads of lifts everywhere and this one is an uphill drag from town several times a day. The lifts in the passageway weren’t working most of the time so we had to drag up and down 5 flights of steep stairs. Also it becomes expensive if you bring a car, parking charges then another charge to take you back to the car (way in is included)

Kitchenette was very well equipped with stove, microwave, kettle etc. Fresh bakery items available every morning pre ordered from reception. Ski locker was spacious and well thought out with ski in ski out to hotel door and easy ski run to nearest uplift. Great views from the balcony and decent Wi-Fi in the room. Really clean and beds comfy. Reception was so welcoming at any time of day and nothing was too much trouble.
Lounge layout very long and thin with seating along each wall - made it feel a bit like a mobile home / caravan. Bathroom quite small - ok for a couple but might be a challenge for a larger party.

Rooms spacious (only 2 of us), skin ski out, baguettes and croissants delivered to hotel reception each morning, ski and boot room easy to access, very quiet, ski and board hire downstairs in building and an awesome view from the room. Escalator down to main centre out the front door of hotel. The horse and sleigh ride to and from the coach dropoff is a great experience (for the entire resort). All Up - terrific
Euro square pillows took us a while to get used to (we are Australian and have rectangular pillows) but really very minor.

This is one of the rare accommodations in a ski area that is big. We had a large living room that sleeps up to 3 people. Even with the beds open, there was still room. A second room with bunk beds and a third room with a double bed. I was a little afraid because the description and pictures on Booking did not match but it turned out even better then expected! There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower and a toilet. Showers stay warm, even if 7 people take showers one after the other. Closets are everywhere. If the slopes are good, you can ski to the ski-room from the residence. People at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Also the service people are very helpful. During the guarantee check up, there was a broken coat rack. They repaired it 2 hours later. Transport to and from the residence to the Park&Ride is included with the white Snowcats, and it's 24/7. Do not use a poor horse sled for that! Actually, don't use it for anything! Inside the building there is a Ski-store for renting (or buying) and do maintenance (waxing, ...) and repairing skis or snowboards. This is definitely a place to come back to! We had much worse in Avoriaz...
The communication with Pierre&Vacances BEFORE the trip was terrible. They send a lot of spam in pure HTML code through the chat of Booking (that doesn't displays HTML code) but questions remain unanswered. They ask multiple times to pay in advance (even if the payment conditions on Booking were different) and weirdly enough, they want to do it on there own site (outside Booking) on a page that immediately gives an error. I had to contact Booking Customer Service because Pierre&Vacance did not respond. But this was BEFORE the trip, the personnel during the trip were great!

Great location, good view from our balcony! It’s up the hill but there are escalators from the village area 😍 staff were lovely
Gave us one roll of toilet paper for 3 people and 5 days so we had to ask for more which is awkward lol but they were lovely about it! Don’t forget about the tourist tax! Not mentioned in the million “everything you need to know” messages you get… it’s not tonnes but it’s nice to expect it 😂

Guys the view it’s amazing and everything was compact, clean and exactly what you need for a perfect stay. Just in a few steps you have located La Folie Douce, considered this as a bonus! ❤️❤️❤️

Ski straight to the property from the slopes. Great ski boot room with lots of space for the skis of a family of five. Linen included. Helpful staff and very welcoming to pets. Our dog was even given a little welcome goodie bag with a blanket and treat. Smallish apartment (we booked the one that sleeps 5) but would easily fit 2 adults and 2 children. we also welcomed the free transfers to and from the apartment which is located at the end / top of the village.
Although the whole apartment was very clean, the toilet room was a bit smelly and we needed to air the apartment initially to get rid of a stuffy smell. this was easily down and caused no further problems.

Good range of restaurants and cafe's
we couldn't get an answer on the phone from 6;00 to 6;30 for the transport de Nuit on the day we left, so had to walk over snow with baggage to pick up point. Guests should book this the night before departure.
