Everything! From the minute we walked in we were greeted with the warmest welcome from Caroline, who could not have been more helpful. This really is a hidden gem, 3rd generation owned family chalet hotel. If you like all things traditional Swiss you will adore this place. Rooms were very spacious yet so adorably cute and we had THE comfiest bed, best sleep ive had on holiday in years. The huge waterfall shower was very welcome after a day hiking and the location is perfect for easy access into Villars and across the street from the train station. The breakfast is simple but dont let this detract from its deliciousness. The jam is homemade, and the yoghurt made in Villars. We also ate in the hotel in the evening, which again was simple but delicious and so fresh. This really was such a find for us, and I can't wait to visit again. Thankyou for everything, you made Switzerland that little bit more wonderful for us.

Nice and friendly staff, well located, chalet spirit and nice furnitures. View from the balcony to the valley is breathtaking, room is spacious, clean, well furbished and comfortable. We had a very nice stay. Food at restaurant is very good. Gluten free bread available.

Breakfast: poor choice, only ham (pork) with no other meat/fish options, only 1 type of cheese. Villars is known for its honey but chineese one was served at buffet... for 18chf per person (12chf if you book in advance) it doesn't worse the price. I strongly recommend to increase the breakfast quality with local products to meet the price level.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Always cozy and clean. Winter mood even in summer. and surrounded by incredible nature, this is a very romantic place. Excellent location in terms of village infrastructure. The staff is extremely friendly. In the hotel restaurant you can taste local cuisine. In addition to rooms, the hotel has cozy apartments, which I stayed in and was very pleased with. I will definitely choose the Alpe fleurie hotel on my future trips to Villars.

Upgraded to chalet. Awesome, even though weather did not permit view of alps. Right in the centre. Never stayed so close to ski hire/lifts etc. perfect spot. Restaurant abs fabulous food. Staff all abs lovely. I look forward planning a return visit next year.

Super-clean, comfortable but small room. Ideal for a quick stopover. The staff on reception were really lovely, providing a warm welcome and were super helpful too. Central location and parking is excellent.

Only the coffee in the breakfast really, it's absolutely awful! Everything else is great.

I don't like and I don't trust booking.com anymore. The time you'll have an issues with a hotel, you'll understand what I mean. They'll say to you we are just platform. So what if you arrive and the hotel/ apartment is full of dog hair or fleas. Believe me booking.com won't do anything for you. This happened to me at a different apartment at the same village.

I loved the fact that I was upgraded to the "Royal Suite". It was cute, cosy and comfortable. The women I had contact with at the recepetion were helpful and extremely pleasant. I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely return there on another visit to Villars.

A wonderful hotel in the perfect location for skiing in Villars (directly across the street from the train to Bretaye). Great amenities, wonderful breakfast, and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in an apartment in the Chalet that was pure luxury! We never wanted to leave. We will stay again.

Hotel has an excellent location for those who want to go skiing from Bretaye as it's just across the train station and in the center of the village. Rooms are fully renovated, very large and staff is extremely friendly!

Breakfast could be a little better but it was anyhow ok.

Located near to our school. Very convenient for school visitors. Same time it is central place in town. Super room. View is amazing!

Maybe we will find something in next visit;) hopefully it is not possible or very difficult
