The hotel excudes a luxurious feel the moment you enter with marble on the floors and walls this is also the case with the rooms where the bathrooms are also marbled. Check in was efficient and we also enjoyed the breakfast which had a wide spread with a range of local options. The location is also convenient with many well known places nearby. The hotspring in the rooms were large enough for 2 people and the ventilation in the bath was great despite there being very little separation between the bath and the room. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Swim caps are a must to enter the hotel's shared hotspring spa which you can purchase from the hotel but this is only available in 2 sizes (1 for kids, 1 for adults). The adult swim cap turned out to be too small for my head. I did not recall swim caps being mentioned as a requirement anywhere in the booking or I might have missed it, so perhaps the hotel should disclose this so that people are prepared.

The highlight for us were the hotspring tub in our room plus the balcony (though we only had partial view of the mountains because nearby apartments blocked the view). The bed was quite firm and pillows comfy. The staff were great, particularly the restaurant staff, who were kind and patient even during crazy peak breakfast hours. We also received free "afternoon tea" as hotel guests-- it was basically another buffet with both sweet and savory treats in the afternoon (NOT British high tea) so for us it was essentially free lunch at 2pm but the tea machine was broken, so there were only 3 kinds of herbal tea bags to choose from. Both the breakfast and afternoon tea had a variety of food to choose from, both continental and Taiwanese; vegan/vegetarian options available. We arrived passed 4:30pm on the day of check-in so they kindly moved our free afternoon tea to the day of check out. The entire hotel was filled with lots of families and offered amenities like the spa, game room, a few arcade games, etc. Location is next to restaurants, massage parlors, parks, and the long-distance bus station, with regular rides to Taipei and Taoyuan (airport); ~10ish min walk to train station.

The coffee at the restaurant for breakfast and afternoon tea was quite disappointing (but the bags in the rooms were amazing). Also, there wasn't a table for working in the room, so this may not be the best hotel for remote work.

The room was great and spacious, beds were comfy, and the private bath tub was definitely a huge plus. The common facilities were also quite amazing, in- and out-door hot spring spa, gym, and the video game room. Great place to stay for a relaxing hot spring holiday! The location was also amazing, we were able to walk from the long distance bus terminal to the hotel by foot within a few minutes.

The meal service was a bit of a let-down. A large portion of the breakfast and dinner was served from pre-made food. Another thing that can be improved is the TV in our room. The selection of channels were quite limited (especially limited when it comes to international channels) and, some of the channels were displayed at a rather unusual screen ratio. Would also be great if we had the opportunity to connect our own streaming services to the TV. Power outlets in our room seem to be a bit dated and they don't really hold well to our plugs, I found this pretty weird in a nice and well-maintained hotel.

Breakfast spread was not bad although more international/western food would be great. Great service, very awesome kids playroom. Rooms are clean and modern and there’s private onsen in the room. Near to the Main Street with shops and restaurants.

Very strict on check in timing. We wanted to check in 30 mins before the official check in time but they did not allow. Seems like a popular hotel amongst large tour groups, which crowds up the hotel restaurant during breakfast time.

The amenities were plentiful, and staff was friendly. The bath with the onsen water was great too. The gym and pool areas were big.

Breakfast felt a little lacklustre/was underwhelming compared to how "luxurious" everything else had been. Although it is good enough and was a buffet spread which had the basics.

Hotel recently opened but more classic style Grand lobby, great location in a quite and upscale neighbourhood, short walk to the township center Roms are comfortable and have a balcony as well as a private hot spring, even for the shower

Super clean, comfortable, and modern! Stayed in the Superior Family room with a decently sized living room and in-room spa bath! Facilities are also very useful with indoor and outdoor swimming pool jacuzzis, as well as a huge children’s playroom and a gym! Located within walking distance of streets with a wide variety of food!

Breakfast can be better and staff (especially the swimming pool and children’s playroom receptionists) can be friendlier! :)

The location was good, spacious bedroom. A deep onsen. Close to the shops. Relaxed atmosphere & good choice for breakfast, which also got changed up.

Diner is great, lots of choice and wide variety of selection. Room is spacious and hot spring in the room.

We have to go whale watching at 7am, but the breakfast start at 7, so we could only chose food box instead.
