Peaceful, beautiful and well managed environment.. love the view of the pond at the dining area. i choose the double room, equipped with King sized bed, room is big enough to put two big luggages, declutter items from luggage are easy. Breakfast is very well-balanced! It has asparagus, subway kind of bread with terriyaki chicken filling, apples, even yogurt too. Really highly recommended especially with their in-room hot bath tub onsense..

It can be kind of distance away from the shop lot at the town..buying souvenirs requires uber, u can choose to take bike also, but it might be heavy to carry the stuff back.

Around a 10-minute walk frim JiaoXi train station so it's not hard to find and you'll get a plenty of choices of dining options in the town all the way until late night. We were upgraded to a more luxurious room on a rainy Sunday night complemented with two terraces and a fully equipped bathroom, quite a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and the bed was more than comfortable. Hot running water and hot spring water was more than abundant. If you are a railfan then this guesthouse will be your right fit. Imagine you're soaking in a private hot spring, listening to the rain and watching the tains passing by neraby around 200 yards away...

I grabbed hold of a couple of forks which were not enterly clean at breakfast but other than that all ealse was absolutely great.

Could have improve a little in the breakfast as we had 2 days breakfast eating the same stuff & it is rather dry, too. Location is perfect for rest & relax, away from the city with a short walking distance (about 10 to 15mins) to the old street which is enough to clock your steps!

Please do improve your breakfast, as mentioned it is rather dry & you are severing the same menu on 2 consecutive days, I can't say if those staying longer than 3D2N will be serving throughout the same breakfast.

The communal garden was nice and shared public areas were comfortable and clean. Breakfast looked organic and healthy. Music played at breakfast was relaxing

Balcony floor needs extra care. Quite a lot of dusts. The bottom of my slippers were like been thru the coal mine.

Friendly staff,clean room.The entire ambience was just perfect for a spring outing,be it walking around the villa or cycling to explore the nearby little town. Breakfast prepared by the villa was good. The garden with a pond is a perfect touch for a great retreat.

We were there for a very quick 1 night stay and left early in the morning. Room was clean and pleasant, just like the photos. Breakfast plate looked decent though we opted out and just had coffee as we were going for a big lunch. Enjoyed the giant onsen tub with the hot spring water to fill up. Big balcony as well with rocking chairs. View was just neighboring paddy fields -- to be expected in Yilan. Complimentary drinks in the mini fridge as well

Parking lot had some narrow roads leading up to it so drive slow. Not as central to the busy areas but quiet and quaint

Breakfast served between 9 and 10 am only. I wish breakfast was served 8 to 9 am because it delayed the whole day plan. Alt ought it was a great stay and a really nice hotel I would consider other options just for this reason alone.

Breakfast was tasty and healthy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Air was fresh.

Location was not accessible by public transportation like bus.

The overall service was good.

Just the location is a little bit far off, and may need proper instruction to get there especially at night.
