Very convenient as it was near the subway, shopping mall, night market and eateries. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Lifts were rather small.I was staying on the second floor and the lifts were full every time they reached my floor. I couldn’t get into the lift nearing check-out time despite waiting for more than 20 minutes. I Luckily, eventually a housekeeping staff had kindly offered to help cary my heavy luggage to the ground floor. If it’s not too much to ask, more food variety can be added to the breakfast selection.

The staff is very kind and efficient. They sorted out every request quickly and professionally. They were of great assistance. The rooms are spacious, very clean and neat. Modern style, minimalist, yet at the same time there is everything you need. I love the wooden floor. I hate the wall to wall carpeting that you find in most hotels.

The room was spacious, and in fact was on of the biggest room as compare to other place like Tainan, Taipei, etc. Bathroom was big, clean, water pressure strong, and it the toilet seat comes with electronic bidet function. The location is super, less than 5 min walk to a train station and less than 8 min walk to a night market. Lastly the breakfast is fantastic, despite is a vegetarian buffet, it is delicious and plenty of options. No doubt, a 5 STARS hotel stay for me.

Very good location with lots of eateries and convenient stores around. 10 minute walk to a big mall. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Love that there is a water dispenser on every floor. Breakfast had a lot of good vegetable dishes.

Don't have any complaints

The front desk staff and service personnel were very friendly and courteous. We may have accidentally made a duplicate booking, but the reservation team was very proactive in helping us without charging any extra. The hotel’s service was truly excellent. Highly recommended!

Subway entrance is right across the street. Close to the neigh market and other shopping. Good breakfast. Clean. Modern. The staff was very friendly.

The plugs beside the wall were weak so we had to charge phones in the plugs farthest from the beds.

The breakfast was my favourite part - even though it was all vegetarian, there were many options and it did not disappoint! The room was lovely and spacious too. Everything was clean and had all the facilities. The bathroom is lovely, the shower is very nice. The price is decent compared to other hotels and what they have to offer so next time I would stay here again!

The room is clean and plenty of space. The breakfast buffet has a nice and tasty selection of vegetarian dishes. The location is very convenient with the metro station just right across the hotel. The Hanshin Arena department store is only a few minutes walk away.

The bathroom could use a couple more hooks or towel racks to hang towels

there's nothing faulty but i think it would had been a better experience if the front desk smile more and display more pf the taiwanese hospitality.I found the housekeeping staff to be more friendly.

Hotel R14 is next to the Kaohsiung Arena metro station, which made getting around (including to the airport and HSR station) easy. I had a corner room with a great view of park and intersection, and breakfast was included. Good value for money paid.

While there was laundry, it only accepted coins and the laundry room was really hot and stuffy in the summer.
