The location of the hotel was excellent. The hotel is five minutes from the High Speed Rail station which is extremely convenient. There is an excellent free shuttle service (must be booked at lease one day prior). The rooms are clean, air conditioning is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the hotel is a few steps away from the beautiful Lotus Pond (a must see). I will stay here again when I return to Taiwan.

Everything met my expectations. I was not disappointed about anything.

Quiet, comfortable and clean room. Excellent breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. Good WiFi. Great location in short distance from high-speed rail station, and walking distance from Lotus Pond and Dragon and Tiger pagodas. Good value for money. Would stay here again anytime.

The hotel only provides one pillow. The bathroom is covered with translucent glass. Feeling awkward as we were staying with a friend.

I like the hotel is near to Zuoying HRS station and also the place of interest like Lotus Pond, Dragon and Tiger Pagodas, Koahsiung Zuoying Confucius Temple etc...

I think the only thing that I don't like is the distance to Dream Mall is a bit far and during rush hour not easy to get a taxi or Uber

The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. We never ate at the restaurant but the dining area looked spacious and nice.

The staff member to help me check in seemed confused about the process and forgot to write down our room number, had to be reminded that he already had my credit card, and to please return my cards/ID to when he had finished checking it.

1. The staff was fantastic. I happened to forget to remove the room card from the inside slot before leaving my room to go downstairs for breakfast. The staff at the front desk were cordial and very kind, as they issued me an extra card. The dining room area was spotless and there was a wide selection of traditional Taiwanese breakfast food and western...all attractively arranged.

The website. When I arrived to check in, I found errors regarding my on-line registration process. Perhaps, the system would benefit from an update.

A spacious and cosy Hotel with a nice buffet. A lovely Hotel Shop is located in the Hotel lobby.
