The location is great, right by Lotus Pond. The breakfast was average. Street parking is available and free, as the hotel will refund the parking fee at the front desk. Free coffee, drinks, ice cream, popcorn, and cookies in the lobby all day. Free bikes were a huge plus for getting around.

The price is somewhat higher compared to hotels located closer to the Kaohsiung train station.

Great position near the Lotus Lake. The staff and manager were very nice and helpful. There's free ice cream and coffee/snacks for guests in the lobby.

A personal thing only, and that is the bathroom had a spa bath which I couldn't use due to mobility issues, not sure if all rooms same. Quite a narrow choice for breakfast, but still not bad.

Location is good if you want to stay in Zuoying area. Kids loved the free ice-cream and crackers etc. Staff was nice and reactive, including via booking chat.

The place was very convenient, the staff were very friendly, the room was super quiet and the views were also great from the window! I liked this place. I'd definitely stay again.

The bed sheets could have been a bit cleaner but all in all it didn't effect my stay that much.

Breakfast was good (both in terms of taste and variety). Room was basically clean and facilities were alright.

We had to deposit the room key at the receptionist before we headed out, which was unusual by normal standards.

I like the lobby, It's very nice and has free snacks.

I just dislike the room because they let us check in but it looks like they have not yet finish fixing the toilet door.

The free ice cream was great. The location was awesome and these were the most comfortable beds we have had in Taiwan during our whole trip

The staffs are very nice and kind! They helped us to book for taxi all the time. Very accommodating and hospitable.

It was a last minute booking because we had to change our plans after the earthquake.

It was fine for the value.
