Everything! Excellent breakfast, loved the many assortment of Taiwanese options! Reception area on 2nd floor providing snacks and drinks in the afternoons/evening was also awesome. We frequented the night market almost every night and it was convenient coming back to eat our food there as well with 2 young kids. Nice size rooms, clean. Free laundry on 15th floor. Location was very close/easy to get to (orange line). Staff was also very nice! It was rainy the first day and we could borrow good quality umbrellas.

Laundry is first come first serve so may be difficult if hotel is busy (just 2 washers & dryers). Elevator may take longer if on higher floors. We were on 3rd floor so we mostly took the stairs.

Super clean room, from the sheets to the bath sink, spotless! Excellent service, kitchen staff remembered our room numbers and faces, and arranged big table for our family. Front desk and housekeeping are so friendly and accommodating. Awesome buffet breakfast, delicious , full of variety, high quality for its value. Great location, 2 minutes from subway, short taxi ride to many destinations. Many restaurants nearby plus a night market. Free laundry room and gym on 15th floor. 2F lounge where snacks and drinks are offered from 2 to 10pm. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Exceptional hotel and accommodation; the room was incredibly spacious and a pleasure to stay in. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was superb with an array of options; I also liked how there were snacks available in the kitchen outside of breakfast hours. The hotel is also conveniently located just around the corner from a metro station and is also close to the Liuhe night market which is handy for dinner and/or snacks.

There was nothing I didn't like about Greet Inn - I had a superb stay here and would definitely return.

this was one of the greatest experiences i had in a hotel, not only in taiwan but ever! wish I could give more than 10 points honestly. the location was great, just a few minutes from the MRT station services are amazing (gym and laundry free of charge available) they provide a happy hour service in the restaurant from almost all day long, with free of charge snacks and drinks. Don't expect a buffet or anything like that, but we found it to be such a nice thing they do for their guests but the most amazing thing was the room, very big and clean with all the right amenities.

Can feel the employees occupational burnout. Additional, we booked a four-person room, three people enjoyed breakfast inside, while one person entered later. When halfway through, a staff suddenly stopped him, saying we couldn't eat because hadn't paid. Then another kitchen staff said we had to pay if we wanted to eat. Eventually, it was discovered to be their mistake, yet they didn't apologize sincerely. Staff training should be strengthened.

free laundry ? are you kidding me ? But it is true. I didn’t do laundry because they were hotly contested ( already used by multiple persons ) Drinks in the fridge in the breakfast area , anything . I was hungry and there were free drinks and snacks. Location : there are a few reasonably priced restaurants around there. It is closed to MRT Formosa from where I took to the airport. Only a few minutes walk or you can go the nearest Metro station, ride one stop to Formosa Station. From the hotel, I walked to the bus stop that took me to the port to go to Liuqiu Island. Room : enormous. Bed-big Furniture : Sofa , but my preference is still a soft single or double deep coupon chairs facing the window instead of a bench sofa but nevertheless having it is still better not having it. Bathroom : Big enough !! WiFi .: great. Breakfast : self serve all you can eat. I don’t remember there are many western choices like bacon, sausages, eggs, omelette, pancake, french toasts, etc but there are other chinese options. I like having breakfast included in the stay because it saved me time going out to buy carry out . One can stay several days without getting tired of it. I won’t hesitate to stay in the same hotel again. Kaohsiung is my favorite , non crowded asian city.

The lobby needs be spruced up. The first impression was that I walked into a somewhat dimly lit warehouse but since I don’t sleep in the lobby it is not a problem but the first impression set the tone for the upcoming stay :). Maybe an interior designer will really give the guests a big eye “Wow ! “ exclamation.

The staff is incredibly friendly and were helpful in making dinner reservations for us since we don't speak Chinese. Our room had a nice view of the city and mountain background from the 14th floor, and the laundry room was a plus. They have afternoon snacks and it's a short walk from the Liouhe Night Market and MRT stations.

The included breakfast was mediocre but ample and with varied choices every day. It leaned towards Asian foods, so if you're looking for more Western foods that is a constraint.

Location was quite close to Liu He night market (not crowded and not as popular as the other night market in KaoShiung). Hotel is very new. Room layout was practical and well-designed. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Nothing much to not like, but was given wrong directions to foot massage place by concierge, or maybe I misunderstood. Was told that it was 3 blocks away, but ended up walking for more than 30 minutes. Takes 10 minutes by taxi. But foot massage place was really good. Its near the Love River, and best to get hotel to help make a booking as it is really popular.

Nice and clean room. Good breakfast spread and also free snacks and beverages at the lv 2 cafe in the evening. The info sent by hotel e.g. carpark locations, before check-in is really helpful!

Nothing, though a bit interesting that the single ramp to basement carpark is 2-way and thus needs to be mindful when entering and leaving the carpark.

Extremely nice, new, and clean room with a shower and bath tub. The room was really top notch -- it's clearly a very new hotel, and it felt very luxurious for the price. Staff were very nice and were able to hold our bags pre-check in and post-check out.

The hotel only loses a point for elevator congestion. It's a relatively tall hotel, and there are only two elevators. We had multiple 10+ minute elevator waits throughout our one day stay there.
