Free ice cream, biscuits, packet soups, packets of porridge, coffee and tea make this a really good place to stay. The breakfast is a well stocked buffet with toast, cereals, omlettes, stir fry dishes, noodles, soups etc - in short it is a well stocked buffet which changes daily. Our room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location is close to the Liuhe night market, and not far from an MRT station. It was quiet and convenient for us.

No cold water / ice dispenser. But the staff at reception had bottled water they were happy to provide.

Breakfast is good with great choices. Convenient snacks bar. Laundromat is next door also operated by the hotel. The housekeeping team maintain the rooms very well. Front desk asked for the most convenient time for them to clean and did so every day. Bed is comfortable with linen and blankets smelling clean. Location is a 5-10 minute walk from the Orange Line. Japanese style toilets.

The bed lost some of its comfort when two beds were combined to create a bigger bed because of the joined edges. Also, I think there is a problem with the plumbing on the 5F. Water at the shower area accummulates but will subside after some time.

Front desk staff were polite and friendly, we were too early for check in and staff recommended us to take a rest at the back of the hotel where there is a small lounge where they serve snacks, coffee, tea, ice cream. I personally like the collection of books they have and had spent 3 hours reading while waiting for the room to be ready. The interior of the hotel is not fancy but it has everything we need.

The breakfast is very nice, with a lot of choices. They are providing free ice-cream and snacks 24 hours, and the ice cream is delicious. All the staff we met are very friendly and helpful. 10/10 for their attitude.

The distance from the nearest metro station may be a bit inconvenient, but the satisfaction of staying at this hotel makes the walk totally worthwhile. There are convenient store & restaurants nearby the hotel, only the metro station far a bit.

My husband and I had a terrific stay at this hotel. It was very clean. They were doing a lot work to make this hotel look pristine. But it was the staff that made this hotel exceptional. We were greeted professionally and kindly from the moment we entered the hotel. The house keepers made sure our needs were met and the breakfast were different but still kept the important items for different cultures. All the cooks, staff, and greeters were busy and on task but still found time to greet us with a smile. We had a wonderful week in Kaohsiung. thanks to the staff and comfort at Hub Hotel.

LOL. The smell of paint. But that was temporary and showed they cared about the upkeep of the hotel.

The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable and you have a wonderful view over the city. There is a water dispenser, a kettle and a fridge, which was a plus for us. The breakfast has a large and daily changing selection of hot dishes. You could also put together a continental breakfast. The dining room is constantly cleaned by the staff, which is very pleasant. There is free coffee, tea, water, snacks and ice cream for self-service.

Very friendly staff, location is close to bus stop and the Formosa Boulevard metro station. Room was well equipped with working air conditioning and a small refrigerator, along with a filtered water tap. Breakfast was great. There are clothes washers and dryers on site - ask the staff for details and laundry detergent. I had a very comfortable stay and would gladly come back and recommend it to others.

My expectations were met in terms of comfort. The breakfast and snacks are superb. I'm glad that when we arrived an English-speaking staff was present. We got to try their laundry service. The location is very accessible to all tourist spots in Kaohsiung. We will be back hopefully next year, same month. :) We are glad we chose Hotel Hub Cisian.

Enjoyed the snacks and ice cream provided as part of the stay in the common lounge area. The reception looks quite modern and the staff are friendly. Reasonably convenient location between the 2 main MRT lines (approx 10 min walk).

Room looks a bit dated and a number of scuffs on the wall. Overall clean otherwise.

Staff was friendly and helpful, had a great view from my room. It was also quite soundproof, I didn't feel disturbed by noise. Bed was comfortable. You can take free ice cream and a few other snacks at any time

It was mostly clean, but I did find two long hairs in the shower and the breakfast wasn't that good.
