I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tree House Hotel, and I must say it was an absolute delight! The staff, particularly Leah from the Philippines reception, were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and cheerful. The rest of the staff were also very nice and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast options were a highlight, with a wide range of healthy choices to start the day off right. But what really made our stay special was the hotel's amazing location. We were just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Liouhe Night Market, as well as many other attractions and amenities.

We had a great stay! A modern and clean room, good Wi-Fi, very comfortable beds and a very very nice shower! The rooftop pool is also awesome. The hotel's location is very central and close to everything, yet very quiet. The breakfast was also very good. Recommended!

Not all of the staff members spoke English, which at times made communication harder. The water of the pool was very cold on the first day. But these are minor complaints for the quality you get.

The serenety of the place is spectacular. The staffs, though communication is a challenge, they are so warm and welcoming. Assistance is available at almost anytime. The self-service laundry room, it's too convinient and amazing..!

The hotel stands beside a gaming facility and smokers at the entrance are somewhat really breath-catching matter.

Pool, free breakfast, very affordable booking price. Staffs looks friendly and awesome as they speak in English very well.

Room is good but can hear noise from the hallway. Food is very good, however when we came to eat, only few food left and staff do not refill menus <not sure if they do every hour or what> We were not advised that maybe it's "first come, first served basis". We ran out of fried rice. Sad. Location is accessible but building should have the name Tree House Hotel when you enter. We're confused at first if it's the building. Tree House Hotel only written in Chinese language at the ground floor. Should also have English translation, and should be bigger for people easy to notice.

The location is excellent and the rooftop pool was perfect for morning exercise and lazing. Great to have coin operated washer and dryer on site. Just make sure it's plugged in and turned on before you put your money in.

The hotel is a bit tired and rundown but perfectly comfortable. There was a light inside the wardrobe that I couldn't turn off so had to stuff a pillow over it to be able to sleep.

Staff were very accommodating when we asked to move rooms, from right outside Reception. The patio area was great and double glazed doors meant we didn't hear the busy road below. Slept very well and was helpful to have laundry facilities available onsite. Close to a couple of subway stations, Family Mart is two blocks away.

Some seating on the patio would have been awesome and the pool needs a good clean and major repairs but otherwise very enjoyable with views over the streets below.

the breakfast, but the noddles or pasta has always mixed with pork. this is my third time to book in TreeHouse. I already suggested during my first and 2nd stayed in this hotel to put a label on the food if it has pork. But it seems they didn't read my suggestion. Anyway, I give 10/10. excellent! ❤️

Very nice place. The design is beautiful. We had the pool for ourselves every day. The hotel provides a pyjama, laundry service and nice breakfast buffet. The staff was very nice with us! The location seems to be good but we didn’t move so much. You should try the dumpling place at the corner left!

The hot water took time to arrive, the pillows are too big and the wifi was not great in our room. We would have loved to have a window in our room but we were happy anyway.

The tree house hotel is within a 20 minute walk to the harbour, the red and orange subway lines are within a 5-15 minute walk including the famous Dome of light at formosa boulevard. One of the better night markets is also located only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of selection. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Exceed my expectation. All staff members I met were top-notch, shown genuine warmth, attentive and makes me feel very welcome at all times. I feel this is especially important for a solo traveller, on a trip with a restorative focus. Personally I found the hotel beautifully decorated throughout, both in public and private spaces, with inspirational attention to details. A sanctuary, in the naturally busy center of the city. My chosen room was traditional tatami room with sense of connection with nature and the wood element, which I adore. I also enjoyed reading in the relaxing lounge, next to the mini aquariums and the large tree sculpture. I also enjoyed swimming in the roof-top pool. Again an oasis in striking contrast to the busyness of a city. It might be helpful to note that the roof top pool is not heated: it was just right for me, as an avid cold water swimmer, but personally I appreciate the fact that the hotel keep the pool open for guest during the colder season too. Big thumbs up and salute to all hotel staff and designers at Tree House Hotel.
