Convenient location and a spacious room. 5 minutes walk from Cianjin MRT station, and 8-10 minutes walk to Liuhe night market. We enjoyed delicious breakfast with a city view on the 15th floor for three days. I had stone lotus flower 石蓮花 salad for the first time. It was delicious! The staff are friendly and helpful.

They provide free laundry service on the 15th floor, but there are only 2 washing machines in the small non-air conditioner space. We gave up using it.

The hotel upgraded me to a family room, I really didn't need all that space, but it was appreciated. Staff was very friendly over all, and I even decided to extend with one more night and they let me keep same room to avoid me having to move my luggage. Location is so convenient, few mins walk to City Council MRT, same to Kaohsiung Central Park. Just 1 stop from Yanchengpu where the lovely Pier area is. Very good value for money.

The view of my big family room was.. No real view. Kinda looked straight into another building 🏢 But for the price paid, and location, that is OK for me 😊 The sound proof seems lacking a bit, so when people were walking the corridor at night or in the morning it was a bit too easy to hear.

I like that we only spent little for a spacious room like around approx. 1200 NTD per night. It was near Cianjin station around 10 mins walk. It was quiet around the area maybe because there was a typhoon when we were there. I loved that the place still has quality despite its price. Wasn't bothered by the incoming ambulance sirens.

There was no bidet. The dryer on top was not working properly. Hoping it could be fixed soon.

Good as always. Probably my tenth stay. Room cleaning staff are excellent.

There is no recognition of you as a repeat customer. They have 10 photocopies of my passport on hand… why? Once is enough. Always ask for my phone number despite having it on file. Breakfast was slightly less impressive than previous visits.

The rooms are a good size. The location was perfect as we had to visit the Hospital daily, which was across from the Inn.

Bed are just 2 single bed placed together, windows are in the bathroom. The biggest issue to me was the very poor wifi connection, keeps disconnecting, and even when connected, speed is extremely slow. Borrowed a lan cable and the connection speed is just 10mbps

The staff was friendly and tried their best to assist us in English, at some point my friend and I needed an iron and it was provided. The twin-room was cozy, beds comfortable and room was clean. We didn’t eat breakfast so we can’t leave a review on food.

Room was spacious, comfortable and private. Check-in process is smooth, and it's relatively easy to get to locate.

Not about the hotel but there's not as many food options in the immediate vicinity as compared to Taipei, although there is a night market in about 10mins walk, and there are hole in the wall places if you look hard enough.
