The hotel location is great, close to the MRT station! It's conveniently near stores such as 7-Eleven and a supermarket, making it easy to grab essentials or snacks. The parking lot was just a block from the hotel, only a 1-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The amenities were top-notch, including Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and two free bottles of water.

The check-in time is at 4 p.m., which is quite late compared to many other hotels that offer check-in at 3 p.m. It would be more convenient if they allowed guests to check in earlier, especially for those who arrive from long drives and want to settle in sooner.

Very nice atmosphere, super comfortable room. Shower and japanese toilet are separated by a sliding door. We were on the 10th floor and had a nice view. There are 3 free parking spots in front of the hotel. Close to the metro station as well as Youbike station, but also from the tourist night market. We stayed 2 nights and really liked our stay!

People were very noisy in the hallway but it's not the hotel's fault

Breakfast is simple but enough. Staff is helpful and friendly

The window down to floor is facing to local apartment. However there is only the thick curtain which block all the lights. If there could have the thin one would be great to enjoy the daylight and still have some private space

Very close to the MRT station. Super clean and love the chic decor of the hotel itself and room. There is a little Taiwanese version(?) of Alexa next to the bed, pretty cool. Lots of socket.

The washbasin is literally next to the door without the bathroom door or anything, just like existing there, and is a bit odd for me. Other than that nothing.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. It's also within walking distance to the underground station, bus stops and some convenience store.

It'll be great if they can provide a table in the room and also breakfast.

The location is good, very near train station ( City Council ) juat 1 station from Formosa Boulevard. Room has space enough for comfortable, comfy bed & pillow. Not crowded, only 4 rooms per floor.

There's no dining in a hotel, they give 200 dollar on Uber Eat to order. Though it charged full amount to my credit card ( I don't know why )

LGBTQIA friendly, and the staff were generally very nice and helped me find a place to buy a SIM card by printing out a map with directions.

It was a sudden booking. The staff were still happy to accommodate me. Place was clean and tidy.

IF you are biking like I was, not very bike friendly. That’s about the only complaint.

The place is convenient and huge. Value for money. It is very clean and comfortable. It is next to the mrt station and it is easily accessible.

The cups were not cleaned. Other than that, it is perfect.
