The room is spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating.

The location is reasonably close to the train station, though not the most convenient. In rainy weather, walking with baggage to the hotel can be challenging due to wet and slippery roads. The room's soundproofing could be improved, as noises from the neighboring rooms, such as late-night conversations, can be heard.

Location was good, not far from train/bus or Forestry Park or night market. Clean, quiet, had water bottles, big TV, fridge, desk, coffee. Nice view of the mountains. Staff was friendly.

Internet was horrible. .5-2Mbs and dropped frequently. Video chat was spotty, dense news articles with pictures would hang. Office had 50Mbs. High number rooms must be too far from the WIFI. Bottom line get a room near the router if you need internet.

Family run but very professionally done. Owners (husband and wife) are very friendly and hospitable, and offer great tips to exploring Luodong and it's nearby places - especially local cuisine. Great security features - card only access to hotel after 10pm. Free flow coffee/tea and free to use basic utensils, microwave oven, fridge (there's one in the room too) in common area. Sparkly clean with comfortable beddings and toilet. Room is spacious and arrangement thoughtfully planned out, balancing between functionality and aesthetic.

Clean accommodation close to train station, town center and the night market. Staff was friendly and free tea and coffee was available. The deluxe room was spacious and nicely decorated. Staff was extremely friendly.

We had a very strong odour coming from the pipes whenever we removed the plug from the bath tub which took us some time to figure out. Shouldn't really happen for the price we paid.

The staff were very helpful and enthusiastic. They introduced us to several attractions and planned itineraries for kids-friendly activities. They also helped oriented us to the neighbourhood to allow us to get to our amenities. The rooms were clean and largely new. Water pressure in the shower was good.

Sound proofing of the room could be improved, but it is a common problem amongst many properties in Taiwan due to the partition walls used.

Friendly counter staff, clean beds, bright environment. Level has a door that locks at night for extra security. Also provided explanation and maps for food and night market in the vicinity.

It's a short walk from the TRA station, not far, certainly manageable but not the nearest either. No breakfast as well but not short of options in the area.

The staff are always smiley and hospitable, especially the lady boss. She makes us feel at home and gives us good tips to where to get the good local food.

We did not expect that the inn was on a level 6 of an old building. We get another shock after checking in. Big spacious clean rooms!

It’s located at one floor of an old building, does not look good on the outside, but it’s clean and nice inside the hotel area. So I still think it’s nice.

Very clean, comfy and the receptionist was very friendly, offering us tips on where to go. Place though not big was clean and they offered basic necessities.
