Location, next to the main walking district / attraction / Restaurants. Directly opposite the Ferry Terminal. View from the room is fantastic. On One side of the Hotel, you can see the sunrise and the Port, On the other side you get the sunset view, But if you take the Suite, Room 1 of the Hotel, you can you see the best of Both Breakfast is ok, But the restaurant service is excellent, We had dinner there for 3 times. If you prefer to eat out, there is a mall just next to the hotel with many eateries. Or Many Seafood Restaurants / Eateries just within walking distant Jeff the Manager that help us check in is very helpful and cheerful too. Car rental is easy just at the lobby.

Spa are a little set back compare to the standard of the Hotel

5 star facilities for families traveling with young children. Great pool area, children’s playroom, laundry area, and room views. Conveniently located nearby many local food options, the department store and duty free, and the Go Star challenge obstacle course. Service was friendly, efficient and helpful. Most importantly it provided my 3year old boy a happy memory. He said he didn’t want to leave Penghu and the hotel afterwards at the airport.

The climbing facility open too late and close too early. I was expecting to play for two hours before leaving for the airplane during lunchtime, but it open at 11 which is too late. Nobody be able to use it.

It was conveniently located at the harbor with sea views. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We could walk into town easily and there was safe parking on site with convenient rental car services right in the lobby. The staff members were very welcoming.

The property had a beautiful pool but it was outside and too windy to open. spa services were closed.

The hotel is next to the downtown district which is great. The room is bright and large.

The late check-in times 4PM is quite convenient as it is different to many hotels (which is 3PM)

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, in Taiwan! Nice, convenient location in downtown Magong helps getting around easy. Clean, airy and well-equipped room. Very comfortable and has great water pressure for nice showers. Nice comfy beds gave us all a good night’s sleep. Good sound-proofing in the rooms too. Get the room with the harbor views! Beautiful sunrise greets you each morning. Chinese restaurant serves excellent cuisine. Breakfast is also pretty good. Convenient location next to Pier3 shopping mall makes it great to spend time if the weather is not great. Plenty of F&B outlets too in case you want something else to eat.

Kids’ playroom could be better equipped. Swimming pool unusable in winter since it’s outdoors.

Staffs are so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!
