The best part was the staff. They were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They provided the best services we have ever had in Taiwannaa foreigners. We lived in Taiwan for more than 6 years, and by far this was the best in terms of service and facilities. Free breakfast Free shuttle service from and to the airport. And helping in renting a motorcycle. I don't have any more words to describe how satisfied we are with this hotel and the staff. Oh and the location is quite good to be honest. I didn't take much photos except for the breakfast and the nearby rainbow bridge haha. Sorry! And thank you FK Hotel!!

No complaints. For those who assume the staff speak English, they actually can but it's limited. Google translate is your best friend here. And with that, the staff will go out of their way to help and accommodate you. So you better be patient and cooperate. 😊

Very responsive with communication prior to arrival. Picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off at the ferry terminal after checking out. The facility is very modern and the location is right in the center of Magong. The seafood restaurant next door to the hotel has excellent fresh seafood at very reasonable price.

Shower temperature is unpredictable

The room is clean. The staff are very nice and friendly, and the location is quite convenient—close to the main street (中正路). There’s free drinking water available on the first floor. The free breakfast is good, and they also offer a free round-trip airport pickup service, which is a big plus!

The soundproofing isn’t great, so you might want to bring earplugs.

The location is pretty good, and very close to the main street. The breakfast is OK, but mainly in Taiwanese style (no coffee/milk)! The staff is very kind and nice. Providing 2-way FREE airport transfer is very nice! The C/P value is high!

There is a high-pitched noise in my room (seems coming from the pipes). I wear earplugs for sleeping.

The hotel is located steps away from the city center. Lots of restaurants near and around the hotel. The staff was friendly, especially the morning BKF staff. Morning BKF was decent. The room cost was low due to it is an older hotel. The complimentary transfer from the hotel to the airport was very nice.

It is an older hotel which yielded the cheaper rate.

I spent two nights on separate occasions. Room was clean and comfortable with everything that I needed for basically spending the night. The front desk was very helpful and arranged airport transfers, as well as renting a scooter and buying ferry tickets. Location is walking distance to downtown Magong with many places to eat, as well as walking distance to the port and new mall. Breakfast is basic Chinese style; if you're looking for more Western style then McDonald's and Louisa cafe are nearby.

Great staff, they really help you out. Good value for money as you get free airport transfer and breakfast. The room is clean and the bed is really comfortable. Would definitely come back.
