Clean, the night staff are proficiently in English & helpful. The am staff, are not fully proficiently yet she attempts hard to speak. I like that she tried hard for other guests too. The breakfast bar was opens long hours.

Sound proof from rooms to rooms are poor, one of the nights, there are drinking party near by, plus fight outside the hotel, and people party done more on 3rd floor. The including breakfast was terribly, noting fresh. Advertisement was not true.

Everything!! plus we got a free upgrade which is a plus! Cleanliness/Staff/rooms/breakfast was great! The rooms were spacious and well thought out, that included breakfast was fairly decent and the kids really enjoyed the play room on the ground floor, I would definitely stay again! The location was very close to the Puli Night market, several convenience stores and a market as well.

There was a single elevator serving the entire hotel, so during breakfast/checkout, it was a bit of a chore to move all our luggage downstairs.

For the price paid, it's really good value for money. The hotel staff at the reception was patient in answering questions. We were given a free upgrade from a two single beds room to two queen size bed. The room was relatively spacious and clean. Breakfast was good too.

The room that we were given at level 3 was near to the staircase leading to the reception lobby on the first floor and unfortunately the soundproofing of the room is poor and we can hear all the noise when a group of people came into the hotel to check-in or stay at the lobby chit chatting loudly or when the guests staying in the next room is talking loudly. I recommend wearing ear plug if you are a light sleeper. The wall of the room looks dirty with dirt scratches and it will look much better if it's repainted. The interior of the room looks dated and old.

The room was spacious and clean. I was grateful to have been upgraded a better room for free. The staff were friendly and free parking space available about 6 minutes walk away. Breakfast was simple Taiwanese style with vegetarian options. The best of all, it has a pet friendly policy. I will stay there again next time in Puli.

Tow different snacks, coffee machine and two different tea bag. There are water machine and microwave on first floor. That is really good!

The bath tub height difference between floor, it’s inconvenience. And there is no shower curtain, maybe you should put anti-slip pad in the bathroom.

Location was far from the center and very dark at night. Breakfast was traditionally asian, noodles and porridge(nothing for non-asian taste.) Bed was hard

Good coffee in the lobby, but the breakfast coffee isn't good. The breakfast is a standard and simple Taiwan breakfast. The hotel itself is standard, simple, and clean. A good value. Night market is a short walk away as well. Good ice cream down the street.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and spoke good English. They gave us some information about the surroundings and also about the typhoon Krathon that was coming. The rooms are very good with a good A/C, and comfortable shower.

5-10min walk to the weekend night market. Hotel room has been renovated recently, except for the toilet. Place is kept neat and tidy. Big room and there's a view of the city.

Toilet a bit run down. Breakfast food quality can improve.

Staff are really nice! And the dog can stay in the room!

There were some unethical people smoking in their room, the smell went through the water pipes to other rooms.
