Location near station and night market. Very clean. Spacious rooms.

The staff were not happy. I felt I was a nuisance to them. I think because I am not asian they treated me different. They spoke English even though they did not beed too but were very abrupt and dismissive.

the curtain in the room missing the light layer. the couch was in the way to close the curtain.

Staff are friendly. Location is excellent; 2 minutes walk to night market and 8 minutes to the train station.

The service at the front desk was courteous and efficient.

There was someone knocking on my door one night. I was scared and called the front desk. 5 minutes later. The front desk called back and checked the cameras recording and found out that there was a guest who accidentally knocked on my door. She comforted me and I felt safe.

The double beds were comfortable. There location was convenient with a bus stop outside, train station nearby and night market just outside. The room was clean.

The exterior is not great. The downstairs entrance is rundown and you might wonder if the place is real until you get out of the elevator. The breakfast is not great - weak coffee, limited western or bakery options, as well as the need to tidy up yourself despite there being waiting staff. It was quite a high price for the service and quality of hotel, but there are limited options in Pingtung. Air conditioning was inconsistent and we struggled to find a suitable setting and temperature.

The location was great, just a 6 to 8 minute walk from the train station, and the famous night market was just beside the building, which was a great place for local food.

The room cleaning could be better, with mould and stains in the bathroom and dust over the standing light. The towels looked a bit worn.
