Locate is good for Self Driven Personel, especially parking is very convient. The size of the room is reasonable and the bed is very comfortable. Shower is great. The walk to night market is a bit long but acceptable.

Great room facilities, on-site parking, close to interchange.

Maintenance needs more attention. There was a dedicated air purifier in the room, but the filter was dirty and the purifier actually emitted a bad smell.

Hallway smelt quite musky as did the room initially until the aircon and air cleaner kicked into gear. Bathroom is an oddly blended into the room

The price of a room is expensive and 17:00 check-in time is too late. I don’t think it’s worthy.

🚨Customer service really needs improvement , attitudes aren’t right and no smiles on their faces considering this is hospitality industry. Overall everyone with very stoic face and no warmth. 🚨breakfast - as much as I’m grateful it was included but the level needs to improve. Cold food, very little selection and very very basic. Overall management need to invest the same effort they did into renovating hotel and into training the team on customer service
