I really like the layout of the room. It's very comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful too.

The room is big enough. The location is easy to find. The convenience store is near the hotel.

The Floor tile is deteriorated, so water will penetrate through the door kerb. One of the electricity sockets is surrounded by foam board. Don't know whether those foam boards are fireproof or not. It is a fire hazard!!. Bad smell comes from the floor drain of shower room.

Location is convenient

Useless balcony, wet bathroom, holed towels, staff not really friendly. Not a good value.

Housekeeping is terrible. Room service leaves towels at the door.

The room looked nothing like the photos shown online. Don’t be misled by the neat, appealing images — the actual room was the complete opposite. It had a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of an old, greasy scent, which I later traced to the pillow. The hygiene standards were extremely poor, I wouldn't even let my dog sleep on their bed. I stayed in the room for only 15 minutes before deciding to book another place. When I informed Ms. Chang about the condition of the room, she showed little to no concern. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone — unless you're deliberately seeking a "dirty adventure." Lol.
