Cheap! real value for money. You get a basic room, has everything you might need in a hotel room, inclusive of all those standard TV channels hotel always provide. Wifi is strong. Bed is seasoned, but comfortable. It was self-checkin. No contact and it was fast and easy. checking out was the same. Opposite the hotel is a Mexican restaurant, and it was delicious!

the room i got, it's window views out to neighbors window, making you have them closed all the time. Its hard to overlook, but the carpet does have a little bit musty. makes you wear room slippers all the time.

*For a quadriple room there was only 1 hook in bathroom to hang up a towel. Could have a couple more hooks behind the door *The luggage storage area is a roped off corner in the lobby next to lift. It isnt secure or monitored so leave luggage there at your own risk

Don't let the "express" in the name fool you; this hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable. The kiosk check-in and check-out were a breeze, but there was also always someone in the lobby to help us immediately if needed.

The only thing left to be desired was the baggage storage after check-out before our flight. Due to the structure of the lobby, our items were placed in an area where there wasn't really any attendance. However, nothing was lost at the end of the day.

Staff is very nice and helpful ! I booked it last minute around 11pm, so when i arrived there the reservation wasn't already in their system, however they took time to explain to me that it takes a few moments and they were nice through the entire process, thanks a lot !

It was walking distance to Fengjia Night Market. Check in was very easy as the instructions given was clear. There was also a lift provided.

Perhaps having more hooks to hang our clothes or towels. Also perhaps giving 2 room cards instead of 1 would be good. They did not clean our rooms during our 2 night stay.

Awesome place to rest. Will recommend if near to fengchia market, and a bus stop, and to fengchia university. Many buses pass thru around this area, so just need an hour to wait for bus, and for the bus travel time. If u come from HSR station, u may want to take taxi for a faster journey.

Stayed two nights and it's a great value and clean place. Location is great, lots of breakfast places outside of Fengjia university, and the night market is very near for dinner.

Still have cigarette smell or similar smell, nonetheless staff tried to clean up the smell when we went out for dinner

Tv doesn’t work at all, the staff tried to help, but I’m afraid it gonna take too much time so I end up give up to fix it.

The location is just 5 minutes walks from Feng Jia Night market. Surrounded with restaurants. The check in process is seamless.
