Stayed in a quad room with 2 elderly parents. They were happy with the room layout and bathroom design. The toilet was separate from the shower, with the mirror and sink in the middle, so we didn't have to wait too long to get on with the different morning and evening routines. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, with Feng Jia Night Market just a few minutes walk away. There's a Family Mart just across the road if you need something anytime of the day. Breakfast was not bad with a decent spread of breads, local porridge with various condiments, and the usual beverages. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The location is great with access to Fengchia night market and the surrounding shops and restaurants. There is also a lot of green space nearby. The staff were courteous and helpful with my bicycle. Breakfast was great with many options. I stayed in two separate rooms and both were large and clean. The room on the 9th floor was just above the tops of trees and had a very nice view. There is also a small gym with some interesting artwork on the walls.

Location was excellent, within 5 mins walk to Fengxia night market. Quiet throughout the night Separate basin area and WC /shower is very efficient as a family of 4 don't need to wait at least to wash up. Decent variety of breakfast Stayed on a weekday so there was sufficient parking lots

Room is small No laundry services in the building. Slightly mold & algae for silicon gap cover at the shower glass

It's a great location which is within walking distance of the famous Fengjia night market.

The two elevators that were available are not connected electronically, meaning, there's no optimisation in handling the crowd especially during morning peak hours. Very often, guests will press for both elevators and because they operate independently, it takes a while for the car to reach the level. Especially frustrating during breakfast and the early check-out of 11am.

Great location. Walking distance to Fengjia night market. Took Ubus #1623 for abt 2 hrs from Taoyuan airport to Chaoma station(朝馬轉運站) at Taichung city, followed by a metered taxi to hotel, abt 7 mins. Our day tour pick up n drop off to sun moon lake from this hotel. Hotel helped booked tpt to HSR where we took train to Taipei. Staff at reception n breakfast are professional, helpful n very friendly. Breakfast spread is good n ambience is nice with good view outside.

Wide variety of breakfast which suitable for my elderly parents. They have sumptuous breakfast. There is a small room for kids to play and the pantry at same level which allow you to fill up hot water and sterilize milk bottle. This is so convenient. Strategic location which is 5-10mins walking distance to fengjia night market which allows me to shop till late night. Family mart just across the street. Definitely worth the money!

The location - walking distance to feng chia night market, convenience store, restaurant and etc… The hotel - the room is slightly small but adequate for light travellers. The bathroom - quite clean. Provided all necessities and have the most comforting body and hair shampoo, body lotion. You can even buy them at their reception. The facilities - they have water dispensers at the common area. They even provide streamer & dryer for baby bottles.

Fine hotel facilities, great staff. There was coffee, water, tea, good breakfast. In the lobby there was the possibility to make an espresso. Parking for motorbikes right at the hotel. Very friendly and nice service. The room was always very nicely cleaned and was modernly decorated.

The walls are not completely soundproof, you could hear the TV and talking from the next room

Location of the hotel was great as it was within walking distance to Fengjia Night Market. The hotel furnishing looks very new and well-maintained. The double beds was perfect for our family of 4. The hotel toiletries were of quality standards as well, that they even sell it at the lobby and I bought some bottles to bring home. The breakfast food was great and spread was awesome.

Cleanliness of the room and housekeeping is good. Free flow of coffee in the lobby. All staffs were very polite..

Room for family of 4 is a bit small. Breakfast option are very limited. upon finished will have to return the crockery back...
