The beds were really comfy. We just love the large windows with the view of the river. We really appreciate the staff allowing us to leave our luggage until our check in time plus they’re effort in communicating with us in English. Thank you so much! Wish we could’ve stayed longer but will definitely book here again if I come back to Taichung. Location wise, it’s quite walking distance to the night market and bus/train station. We like to walk so the distance isn’t that far.

1) Friendly and dedicated staff who responded very quickly, 2) our room is on the small side, but very comfy, 3) large, bright and clean bathroom, 4) toilet bowl with bidet and warm toilet seat (for winter), 5) iron and ironing board provided upon request

1) Too little space and too few hangers to hang up our jeans and winter wear, 2) sockets were placed too closely together causing only 1 usable socket for plug-in and charging (we are international travellers with different plug requirements)

The location is good and have a good view as well. It’s near the night market but a little far from Taichung train station. It just take around 7-10 mins to the MRT by foot. Anyways, good experience here

Maybe they need to make clear about the breakfast regulation. Because as I see in the description, the room price will include of breakfast, however when I check-in and confirm, they said that we need to pay 120/ person. Yup just like that. It’s not a big problem. Maybe we just misunderstood!!!

Extreme large bed and comfortable pillow. Very clean and tidy. Very convenient location to bus-stop and MRT station.

Do not have coin laundry machine. However, hotel does provide outsourced laundry service.

Clean, good AC, Japanese toilet, comfortable decent location and good value. Good Indian restaurant in the building.

Quite convenient with the parking. It's fairly close to eateries and convenience shops but might be a bit of a hike to some places of interest since we prefer walking to see things. Otherwise comfortable and clean.

Space might be a bit tight but it's okay since we were not spending a lot of time in the room.

Very good location, close to the night market. We also really liked the fresh smell when entering the hotel. The room is not big, but good enough. We really liked the bathroom! The staff is also friendly.

The staffs are friendly and approachable, environment of the hotel is very clean and comfortable. there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. the fengchia night market is near as well.

Location was really good. Walking distance to Fengjia night market, which is the most popular night market in Taichung. Also walkable to the mrt station.

Noise isolation could be better, can hear the vehicles from the nearby road in the morning.
