A little old but very nice hotel, friendly staff

It's a decent budget hotel. Clean and convenient to the night market.

A comfortable bed in a spacious room with great shower pressure. Free bikes were great as it’s an easy cycle to see lots of things around town. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was a good variety.

The breakfast items that should have been warm were all cold. The gym equipment is very basic and doesn’t feel of good quality.

The room is outstanding with a very nice Taitung town view. Everything in the room is exceeded my expectations. I have a very comfortable nights. Location is in the middle of the town I can walk around. Good to stay here and highly recommended..!!

The staff not really understand english and they not really friendly. mayb only 1 from them is ok, so its a bit hard to communicate. Not really smiley face.

It was clean, comfortable, what you expect from this kind of establishment. Had view on the city, mountains and Sea which was great. Staff was good.

It’s quite old and could do with some renovations. Little additional thing for improvement: Lacking plugs in the room.

Some equipment in the Gym is not powered, the bike is not very comfortable (good part is: free of charge)

Low ceiling in the room. Dirty windows (outside) so spoilt the view. The gym equipment was poor quality with no weight options

Good quality for 4 stars hotel and very good location (in city centre) Friendly staffs gave a lot of tour information.

Bath room is small

Great central location, easy walk to tourist sites and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the room clean and the staff very helpful if we had questions.

Everything was great.
