- The staff was nice and provided nice sleepers that fit our feet. We liked that you would not wear your shoes inside - They provide teal/coffee bags you can use, as well as some snacks - The room was clean, fresh and nice when we arrived, even though a bit dark - Good location with a lot of good food options around. Even though not good public transportation closeby - Easy to park in the area - Well positioned electrical plugs next to the bed - Big shower with sliding doors was good

- there hot water not available in one morning - Toilet paper was not enough for two days, but there was a second paper thing on the bedroom - Check in time interval is not big - The web page they provide redirects to documents only in Chinese, which created some difficulty for us to find the place at firsthand

Nice little hotel for low-maintenance travelers. Room is a good size and has a proper shower. Just be aware that staff generally doesn't speak English, so if you don't speak Mandarin they may ask you to read a summary of the hotel rules on the phone. You also have to take your shoes off when entering the hotel and you leave them outside.

No complaints really.

Did not have breakfast. Very helpful staff. Not only was the room very clean but the entire hotel property was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great location. Just great value. Will stay here again on my next trip to Taitung.

I did not like that I had to leave Taitung only after 3 days.

Extremely clean, central location, good size, comfy bed. We could communicate using translation apps. Tea and coffee, fridge. All good. Recommended

We would like handwash on the sink, but it's not important, and seems to be typical in Taiwan not to provide it.

Very good hotel -central, clean and quiet. The personal was friendly and helpful and there's free coffee and tea and a water dispenser downstairs which is very convenient :) I recommend this hotel if you're staying in Taitung.

Its value for money and the reception lady was so kind to guide us thru the check in.

A bit strange to have to leave our shoes outside the premise… but I guess it is what it is to keep the place clean. A bidet will be a plus

The location is good and near the town. The facilities are ok, the room is clean.

The staff need to put more effort into languages especially English, so that they can have a better conversation with Western Tourism.

It was a bright and pleasant room with a comfortable bed. There was a small seating area by the reception desk with complimentary tea and coffee and the use of a microwave.

Super clean room with a fresh smell. Nice big bed with comfortable pillows and duvet. Great location close to the seaside and bus station. Electric mosquito repellent, lots of toiletries and free tea bar. A little balcony..

A bit difficult to set the shower temperature right as it goes between very hot and not hot enough.

Pros: - Great, central location. - Has an elevator. - Clean rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable mattress. - Superb value-for-money.

Cons: - Staff was rather cold.
