The room was spacious and clean. There were free four bottle waters, two drinks in the mini bar and two pineapple cakes plus two coffee bags and two tea bags for each day we stayed in our room. The front desk and breakfast staffs were super! Hotel offered hot aboriginal millet porridge and hot chocolate drink every night at 8 pm. The breakfast was fabulous and I ate two bowels of seafood porridge every morning! :) Plentiful of parking spaces.

The location is far from downtown, making it a quiet place especially at night. The part I love most is the balcony where I can enjoy birds chirping. As for the breakfast, it is diversified and tasty.

As I mentioned above, the hotel is located in the city suburb. So the public transport is not that convenient. But it is easy to take a taxi.

The hotel is within walking distance to the train station, but quite distance from the city center. The staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast is excellent.

There are no restaurants nearby, to find a place for lunch or dinner is quite difficult.

Location is a little out of place but loved that they provided bicycles to travel around. Breakfast was pretty good, receptionists always available to help in translation and booking of taxi. Hot spa available as well and it was clean and well maintained

Friendly staff, good breakfast, the hotel is clean and quite away from the city.

We booked a double room for 2 people, however the airport pick up service charge us for one extra person. Even it’s an affordable cost but still feel strange that this free service does not cover all the customer.

Breakfast buffet was good with wide selection. Restaurant staff needs to be commended for the good work.

Far from everything except train station. No milk/ creamer with coffee. Booked a ride to train station night before checkout for $100 twd. On day of checkout, a different staff told us no transfer!

Breakfast was great, and you can also take things to go with a box they provide. Staff is accommodating. We initially had a room where the air conditioning made loud clanging noises, and they were able to switch us no problem.

Room was very decently sized. It also has a hot spring spa which was unexpected. Free snacks during the day. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options.

It's in a part of Taitung near the train station, but far from the rest of the city.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was quiet and we had a balcony with a view over farmland. The breakfast was excellent. The location was good for the train station and archaeology site 10 mins. walk.

The room and corridors were dark

The hotel we booked was on a maintained. Then the hotel upgrade to their ace one. We were surprised and so content with it. We will definitely go there again.
