Very nice and spacious bedroom with a lovely view over the mountains. All amenities were provided. The pool was also great to have a dip after a warm day. Nice breakfast with a lot of local specialties to try. We would definitely come back.

Some sun beds and umbrellas near the pool would be nice. The hotel is close to the station but further from the city center, so it is a bit more difficult to grab dinner if you don’t come by car. The ice tea from the pool bar was great but the food could have been better.

The rooms were big and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly. They offer free breakfast and snacks from 1-5. The kids really enjoyed the pool and kid’s play area. It was close to the train station. I highly recommend it if you have a car or plan to taxi around because there isn’t much around the resort itself.

We had a family room with a slide. The kids loved it. There is also a complete floor dedicated to kids stuff. This was really awesome and they enjoyed it a lot. Free parking.

No dinner options so we headed out. No real dinner options in the neighbourhood so we took the car.

Breakfast, kids playing rooms, cleanliness, shuttle bus, mountain view, massage chairs. Staff was polite, friendly, kind and very helpful.

Staff English skills were below average, even at the reception.

The cat!! Even if this is a "family & kids friendly" hotel, it doesn't mean the hotel should allow their cat to run at the reception area (on top of the check-in counter), not to mention that their house cat even jumps to our seats while we having a hot pot dinner. Not everyone is a cat-lover, and also there is a hygiene concern about having a cat or dog running inside a restaurant. As this cat can run freely in front of the receptionists, we understand this is a norm, not an accident. ** The manager did a great job apologising for the incident.

Great calm location close to the train station with nice swimming pool outside on the 5th floor. Rooms very are big and bed very confortable. Staff very friendly.

Kids entertainment and swimming pool

The first room we stayed was a bit smelly. We asked for the reception for a change, which was arranged very quickly.

The fluency in English was poor af the staff! The location is outside the city and inland.
