It is just next to the Dongmen night market. We had a good time shopping plus a wonderful and cheap meal at a western food stall. The access to the building was made very safe as entry was by tokens given to us. It is only a 10 minute walk to YiLan Station which makes the place very accessible for exploring nearby towns. The receptionist let us check in early at 2+pm. That was very kind of her.

Proper mugs for drinking could have been provided rather than just paper cups.

Checking in was easy and very minimal. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I like that the hotel has a bidet, which is rare in Taiwan. The self-laundry service was also convenient. Location-wise, it's very near to a night market and several convenient store. The main train station was also just a 5 minute walk away!

Although the front desk staff was very friendly, she was only around from 3pm onwards so it was difficult to get hold of her. We wanted to request for a late check out at the time but was unable to because of that. Other than that, everything was great!

It is close to Yilan train station and the night market. The lady was nice to provide a map with all the attractions nearby including food recommendations of food in the night market. Room is considered spacious and there is daily housekeeping. There are umbrellas provided in the room and the there is a bidet toilet.

Toilet is small and blankets were a little small for twin sharing on the double beds. Lobby is never manned and have to call to get the main door unlocked. Unable to flush toilet paper down the toilet.

The reception desk is not manned/womaned. No English or any other European language spoken. Thank goodness for Google Translate. The iPad to enter was very, very confusing. A really bad idea. Breakfast not included in the price though it osland an additional option.

Insane value for the price paid. Coin operated dryer and washing machines are available, many toiletry items and water dispenser are in the lobby. Provided umbrellas in the room for rainy days. Japanese-style bidet for hands-free butt cleaning. Dehumidifier comes in handy for the humid weather. Hotel is located very near Yilan train station, and is in the middle of the night market district, with stores and convenience stores within easy access from the hotel.

The reception staff is amazingly friendly and made me feel very welcome. The room is spacious and clean. The amenities provided were great. The toilet in my room even had a bidet! Definitely a good value for what's included. The furniture is thoughtfully arranged throughout the room, in a way that you can tell they were thinking of the guests' comfort. A/C remote instructions in English were also very thoughtfully included in a laminated sheet by the TV). There are so many interesting places nearby to get food and drinks, but it was so comfortable in the room that after I took a shower, I just zonked out and fell asleep. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Great location - walking distance to yilan train station, dongmen night market. The property had everything it advertised and it was reasonably priced. Would stay here again if I were to come back to Yilan city.

More hangars would be good (only 1 hangar per person). The property is not manned all the time but it wasn’t an issue to us as we didn’t need assistance after check in.

Great location and very good facilities.

No real reception which might be a bit tricky with the check-in as front door always closed and the FaceTime intercom in the front door might not work as expected and you need to make a real phone call.

The fact that we had a free upgrade from a double to two double beds just to be close to our kids' room. Room was quite big. Very happy with it.

One of the rooms' blind was a little spoilt in that it could not be lowered completely, room 302. Also, we had problem with the the TV channels but it didn't matter as the kids weren't watching TV.

I like that the main entrance is always locked and requires an access card thingy to enter the property. Make me feel very safe as a solo traveller. The rooms were also very clean and staff were polite. Location wise it is VERY near to train station and right next to night market.
