Amazing view, tasty food in the local restaurant, friendly staff! The room was very comfortable.

There was a lamp in my room that can't be turned off (it was extremely faint though, so it's not a big problem). And also internet connection was very slow

Still the best hotel in Dushanbe, no other good options there...

It's a so called 5 star hotel, with no water refill to the room, even no minibar, without the possibility to drink tap water. This seemed to me extremely strange, for the place of this level... All other more or less ok.

Room service was fine. Room size ok. The staff are polite and helpful but can be more friendly too.

Shower was cold even after I informed the hotel about it. You can rarely find a taxi at the door. Restaurant is way below from what you expect from a five star hotel.

Excellent location, friendly staff and beautiful hotel. Stayed in the ececutive suite on 9th floor with spectacular view of lake and park.

Spacious, stylish, well equipped rooms. Good breakfast with egg bar and freshly baked pancakes. Location was good, excepts the construction site right next the hotel.

Wi-Fi was a disaster - don’t count on it seriously if you’re going to work from the hotel or use internet in any way more than messaging or reading texts. Not all lights in my room were operating: some ceiling light and almost all the lamps in the bathroom didn’t work.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location and the view were very good.

The kitchen was not able to provide an eatable gluten free bread !

Modern 5 star, well-maintained, good staff, beautiful rooms. Nice views on all sides from top floors (mountains, lake)

Everything was nice of course we didn't ask breakfast but the room view glass bathroom facilities decoration tv bed mirrors lobby pool sauna Jacuzzi , .... al was fine staff were too kind and helpful location was fine too thanks

The property improved compared to last year. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, which was not the case in 2021. Also, the staff was very nice, like also in 2021. They helped me with the taxi and gave advice on currency exchange.

Windows cannot open, therefore, the air in the room is not top

Staff at the front desk were lovely , great shower.

Vegetarian options were poor and the vegan options for dinner were not available
