The team was very helpful and responsive. Whenever we needed something, they were there to assist us. The shuttle service was also greatly appreciated, as it allowed us to go shopping, head to the beach, and even come back from the beach with ease. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very practical, and we were able to enjoy several delicious meals by cooking in the villa. The pool is well-lit and convenient to use at any time of the day (including at night).

We might have enjoyed the comfort of the room even more if there had been bedside lamps, but it’s not a big issue.

Kind stuff, quite area, nice pool and menu to order food or drinks from their restaurant. There is possibility to rent a car, book day trips or all kind of activities from the reception. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach 3 times per day and you can use it anytime by paying 50 bth by person.

You depend by car and the apartment looks outdated (but all the equipments are functional and they provide all you need). Although in pool area there are a lot of broken sun beds.

Everything thing you need and more. Beautiful peaceful villas with private pool and amazing staff. Brand new appliances, furniture, and all around the perfect stay. Rose was so attentive and helpful. She's very friendly and welcoming. Everything you need is walking ! The free shuttle came in very handy. Highly recommended instead of Smooth as Silk Breathtaking Pool Villas. Splendid Property, well maintained with supporting staff. Good facility and all amenities in good working order. Request for the Shuttle to and from the beach was always immediately complied. A very good pool villa for the family and friends to enjoy for a long and comfortable stay in peace and happiness.

After our Stay of 8 days and 7 nights, we did request for an extended checkout hour from 12pm to 14pm instead and it was point blank denied, saying that there will be an extra charge at 1000 baht per hour, which was a little weird. All stays do always consider 1-2 hours of extended checkout. There was no other booking for the property on the same day. Though, later on, on our dis-satisfaction and feeling bad on this, they allowed us 30 min extra and said that they may expect a visit by someone to inspect / checkout the property. Their administration shall consider small request from the guest.

In the villa I loved. The staff were exceptional. So clean inside and out. It was brand new. Staff on hand at the end of the road. Like 150m. Easy to rent a car. Plus they organise a taxi for you from where you drop off the car. All that was perfect.

Just not a fan of krabi of what I saw. The neighbours left the waterfall to their pool on all night and day. Noisy enough to be annoying when sitting outside wanting just peaceful quietness

The beds are very firm....too firm and I usually like a firm bed. Other than this all other things are 5 Star. The property management team is very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had or provide things we needed. The daily shuttle to the beach was great and easy to get to. It was nice coming back after a long hot day and have a dip in the private pool.

The privacy, it's a little out of town but that worked for us, quiet and great for the kids. The layout worked if you have younger kids as they can play in the pool and you can be anywhere in the villa and still keep an eye on them.

When we arrived we were disappointed as we had booked a room with pool view and garden view but we had no view but after staying for a couple of days the apartments are so clean and the staff were amazing ,including the shuttle bus into ao nang and the pool was kept very clean I would say excellent to everyone who looks after the complex

Slightly out of the way from the beach but very easy to get a shuttle bus, as arranged for us by staff so wasn’t an issue.

House located from aonang beach is more than 3km which actually took more the 5mins. Staff should alert and tell the exact distance and timing to the customer.
