Fantastic location. Provencal type French buildings beautifully finished. Superb gardens and ponds - ambience restful and calm yet full of life!Whoever designed and built this resort did so with love, excellent taste and an exquisite attention to detail! Will return ' en masse' shortly! Staff obviously loved their work surroundings and were happy and humorous! Food was absolutely delicious with a great choice..Again staff were flexible and more than ready to provide meals throughout the day. What a hidden gem!

The place is very serene, breathtakingly beautiful. Clean, the room was very spacious, the toilet is spacious and clean. The staffs was very friendly and very helpful.

The only cons was the place was very far for pak chong center as most of tourists spot was nearer to pak chong. And the last 100m of the road to the hotel was quite dark and rural road without tar. It will be more helpful if there is bigger signage of the hotel at the road.

Everything ! Was falling in love with the place over and over again. Well maintained and all the staffs were amazing kind and friendly.

We would appreciate more variety of breakfast options.

Everything! This place is amazing! So much so that we went back again two weeks later! We will be booking again as soon as we can!

staff is friendly, service is amazing! food is also amazing! absolutely no complain on anything! the location is immerse in nature and its perfect to relax. they also offer tours for the national park!

Stunning accommodation, set in beautifully landscaped gardens - it really is picture postcard! Everybody who stays there takes lots of photos! The room was a work of art. Top quality fittings, fantastic attention to detail, no expense spared and all the facilities you need. Electric golf carts take you and your luggage from the car park and back. Really nice pool. (Also an onsen, a sauna and bikes - but I didn't use these.)

There was a whirring noise outside the room, which was driving me crazy. I asked about it and was told it was a faulty water pump. They did something to it and it stopped making the noise. But 10 minutes later it was found it again. And it continued on and off throughout my stay. (I heard these pumps making the same noise at other rooms, so I don't think it's a fault.) On the first night, loud music suddenly started playing. It was a piano at first and was so loud that it might as well have been in my room! Then the 'singing' started. It was horrendous. (The noise and the singing!) I rang reception, no answer. I went to reception, nobody there. I messaged them via Booking.com, they never replied. It turns out they have a karaoke bar there, which they euphemistically call a music room! I was basically staying in a KTV! It was just awful and ridiculously loud. Weirdly, there is a block of 3 rooms and the KTV is in the middle. So whenever a group books karaoke, it ruins the nights of the people in both these rooms. Also, the first time I used the pool, a family had essentially taken it over. They were screaming and shouting and had brought a Bluetooth speaker to the pool, so everyone had to listen to their music. This place could be paradise, but I had to mark it down because of the KTV and the water pump noise. If you can get a room well away from the KTV, and you are lucky with the other guests, you'll have an amazing. Unfortunately I wasn't so lucky, but I still mostly enjoyed the experience.

Service terrible, no way to contact reception any where on resort. Room not clean insects and smells , food italian with European pricing but well prepared , whole experience from arrival not good . Carpark is a long walk down hill to checkin , there is a golf cart but no way of hailing. 2 sachets of coffee in room. 5 star no way . Can't ask for anything without long walk to reception, breakfast was a disaster 5 rooms occupied and they made me a disabled person walk back up the hill to get voucher by the same waitress who delivered to my room . Its beautiful but also clueless to how a hotel is run . Stayed in a villa with private pool which is shared with adjoining room so not private is shared , At 4000bht it was way overpriced oh and room service is 100bht charge but you must order by walking to restaurant and paying in advance . Never be back its shambolic 😒

The hotel is stunning. The owners have done a really good job with the theme - it really did feel like we were staying in France. The facilities were very good and we especially enjoyed the pool and sauna. We stayed mid week, so the hotel was very quiet, and there's wasn't any noise from any other guests. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

I know we were staying in rural Thailand, but being from the UK we are not used to dealing with geckos! Unfortunately we had one in our room, which kept making loud noises, and left us feeling so unsettled that we had a difficult time getting to sleep. Due to bad weather there was a power cut, leaving us in the dark with the gecko! Unfortunately there was no staff on the site at night and the phone number proved for room service did not answer. I totally understand that the power cut was out of the hotels control, but it would have been reassuring for a member of staff to have spoken to us. We also had to sleep without the air conditioning as it was making a bit of a rattle - when the electric was on! I understand that this hotel attracts a lot of locals, so perhaps our western standards were too a little too high.
