The staff is very nice with us, well support and fluently in English. They have welcome drink which is very good!!! I stay in the Limon L1 to L5, near to the reception and the restaurant. Staff process the check in and check out kinda quick.

The air conditioner is old, so the room is kinda hot. Also, the lighting in the room is weak... We came at the hotel around 8PM, there is no light in the way to our room. And the reception will not be open after 10PM, so it is hard to find the support if you have anything that you need them to help you

Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and welcomed us to the lobby. Although she doesn’t speak much English, she tried as much as she could to communicate and guided us to our unit. I didn’t know that the unit comes with a little secret garden! The design is very lovely and comfy, the surrounding was solemn and peaceful and quiet. You can’t actually hear noise from vehicles as it’s away from city or main road, all you hear is bird and insects chirping. The room has a very wide glass door and glass wall, covered with a smooth curtain. There are mosquito screens at every door and window so there was no bug. The water was indeed a little slow but it’s completely fine and was still comfortable. All the amenities were as advertised, there’s nothing to complain. The next morning started with a small buffet breakfast. It was a little weird for me to eat rice in the morning but that feeling was gone immediately because the taste was sooo good! They also provided other western style food like milk and coffee. The coffee was good too. The second morning breakfast was a la carte but you got to choose two, one western one local. They were both delicious and big size! All in all, if you enjoy staying in rural area which is away from city, you will definitely love it. Personally, I LOVE IT VERY MUCH. Although it is not the nearest to the other tourist spots, I will definitely still come back to this villa. Kudos to Limon!

The tiles in the bathroom were a little off but it was clean overall and didn’t really affect the comfortability. It could be a little difficult to find the villa, but it is our driver’s problem so I’m totally fine with it 🤣 And that is the reason it was so comfy and solemn so I wouldn’t really say it’s a bad thing 😌

Great location, nice views and each cabin has its own private garden. The swimming pools are clean and not too cold, pool towels are supplied. Beds are comfortable ( a bit soft) decent coffee machine provided in the room. Breakfast is OK, you need to order omelets/ scrambled eggs etc from the staff as only soft boiled are provided at the buffet. Coffee is good!..thai food is limited( see negatives). The Hotel gardens are very well kept..its all very clean tidy and basically a very nice place to stay at!

Breakfast was good but with a bit more choice of Thai food would score a whole bunch better..also information about what you can and cannot order from the kitchen would help( or maybe I missed the memo)! The restaurant menu is good..but you pay an additional 17% on advertised prices for service charge and tax...( never have liked this approach and never will)...just state the actual price in the menu!!!!

The property is exceptionally clean, picturesque and nestled among vastness of green fields and mountains. The villa is surrounded by private gardens, and is out of this world with 360 views. The staff has been super nice. We re heated for a custom dinner for 5 people and the Chef did a superb job. Even my young kids fell in love with this place. The beds were the most comfortable ones when compared to 5 star places. And yes it’s much more beautiful than in the photos. Exotic heaven, calm and peaceful luxury.

I loved the yard and the pools. Everything looked so lovely and cute. I couldn't stop taking pictures. The staff were very kind and efficient. They made us satisfied after any our requests. They would do whatever you expect the staff have to do. Highly recommend this place

The venue is located in very nice area the villa 👌 is very nice swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool is amazing and the friendly staff and will definitely come back .

In general, the resort was lovely. Rooms / Villas were clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Good cleaning service. Staff were very pleasant.

Not enough options for breakfast - no bread choice and not even cheese for my omelette! It was ok, but just ok. I usually enjoy hotel breakfasts, so in this regard, I was a little disappointed.

The bed is comfortable, and the room has a balcony and yard, which is nice for groups. Resort is clean, friendly staff. Location is abit deep in a small road. They accommodated our request for nearby cabins and special diet for breakfast.

Room insulation isn't very good so the room was very cold in the winter, and the heater in the "aircon" unit was not working. Basin tap has no hot water so it was freezing in the morning when washing up.

Very quiet place with very gentle and helpful staff. There are sounds of birds and insects like in a jungle and we saw a pair of hornbills just above the bungalow!

I had a wonderful stay at the villa in Khao Yai. We rented the entire 4-room house for 3 days, and it was an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was a perfect getaway!
