The breakfast range was good, but it gets pretty crowded and seating can become an issue. Liked the presence of a tiny farm with Alpacas, rabbit hares, silky chicken. They offer buggy service although rooms are actually walkable from lobby. Enjoyed too the 1-for-1 cocktails in the evenings during happy hour.

Reception could not accommodate the type of rooms I had booked. And the hotel location is pretty far out, reachable only by car, maneuvering quite a few road curves enroute.

The extra large king sized bed was very comfortable. We had a small dog with us so we got a room with a corridor to the backyard. They charged 1,500 Bht per dog. With the good cool breeze in winter nice to spend a night there with family. The location is good with a few cafes around.

The breakfast was ok, not much varieties of food. The table outside are not in shades despite the staff helping out with umbrellas. Too many pigeons flying around the breakfast area. The pool looks unclean and no shading areas. Our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had Mookrata for outdoor dinner. It took ages when ask for a knife and order a drink. I believe they had to walk to the kitchen to get it. The bicycles are free to use but they are quite old and not able to ride uphill (no shifting gears). Overall, they should improve the facilities.

Loved having dinner and drinks on the special round seats located within the pool. Loved the range of cocktails served... and enjoy happy hour up till 7pm. Great food for most of our selections (lobster bisque, pad thai, etc..) Good breakfast buffet with both local and continental options Nice clean room with small balcony but enough space to seat 2 persons Warm friendly and attentive service. BEST : They have 2 Alpacas, 4 Silky chickens and around 7-9 rabbits which are such a joy to watch, feed and play with.

While we enjoyed most of the food choices over breakfast and dinner, the one item French Onion soup was disappointing though. All else was wonderful :) TIP: Need a rental car or some form of transport to access hotel location.

Whatever is posted online and in this platform are what you can really expect to see in this hotel. This will not disappoint you. The mountain view, the cool breeze from the pine trees, the well-planned landscapes, the serene, cozy, and quiet atmosphere will make your stay comfortable and truly relaxing! We are surprised by how they maintained the cleanliness of the hotel facilities. This is also a kid-friendly hotel. Our family really loved our stay here! Additionally, people here are honest and thoughtful. I left some valuable items in the hotel, after few hours of realising it, our next hotel receptionist called them and they immediately took action and thankfully, they found the item and sent to our new hotel without even asking for a compensation (although, we gave some amount as a token of appreciation). The staff has also helped us booked our next stop and coordinated a driver for us during our hotel transfer. As a family of three, we had a lot of requests; most specifically, in-room service requests, albeit the odd timing, they have accommodated us with all courtesy and cheerfulness. Lastly, we love the mookata dinner setup! It's really amazing to see it the first time. The view of mountains and lush greeneries while swimming and dining are really amazing!! The small farm will also really give you a close encounter experience with the alpacas, rabbits and chickens!

Apart from our room being a bit far from the main lobby, restaurant, and the pool, we are all good.

LOVED the pool and gym area, although could be nice if opened earlier and kept open till later as they close at 8pm. Breakfast was decent, the Thai/Oriental options were nice but I would skip the continental stuff as not much variety. Room was also lovely. Front desk staff super helpful about how to plan to visit the different attractions and even made me a booking so I could enter Toscana Valley. Loved watching sunrise and sunset by the pool, so peaceful.

the bathroom is a bit poorly designed as water tends to go out of the shower door into the main area and there is only one door for shower and toilet so if two people were using each then one person would not have a door? And the shower head kept turning towards the door which didnt help. Room service really expensive for the quality of food.

Good design. Nice atmosphere. Feeling warm staying here. The facilities provided included all you’d need for your leisure. Staff were kind, professional and ready to help. Services were quick. Reception staff have proper service mind and they’re well-trained, offering welcome drinks. Staff at the hotel’s farm were very polite, well-mannered and helpful. Many thanks to them for making our stay even more memorable. Our room was ready before standard check-in time and they offered us early check-in free of charge. Most importantly, it’s clean.

Room layout was a bit odd, with bathtub in the middle of the room next to bed with a curtain in between, making room appear smaller than reality. However, the pictures shown are accurate so it’s not unexpected. It is suitable for couples. Shower and toilet were separated but shared the same door. Terrace was small and looked ancient. Wooden seat wasn’t in good condition. Should improve this point.

The resort had plenty of activities and featured a nice pool. The rooms were spacious and the staff were very accommodating.

The resort is a good distance from the main city of Khao Yai therefore public transport is not readily accessible. The only options guests have are to rent a vehicle or hire a private taxi for the day, which can be expensive.

Really good breakfast - they accommodated our requirements and cooked fresh vegetarian meals for us. The rooms were excellent and the resort had all around great views. They even included a voucher for climbing that I really appreciated!

Room and breakfast experience was amzing. Clean, spacious, well organized room with natural view. We have had probably the freshest bread for breakfast and the eggs as you like station was so good, we ordered different kinds to try. Loved it.

Things were really great, there was nothing to ask for anymore. its a perfectly designed and perfectly managed resort.

Beautiful green place, amazing rooms

Even though our credit card was working they said it wasn’t until I found out that it has to be under my name not in my fiance’s. They left my booking in the app pending, even after it was paid, the reservation doesn’t count as complete. I need the 2 nights to count because I am Genius 3, so I need to keep my nights counting.
