The great things in this hotel are: -The room is huge, new, and clean. I selected the mountain view room, nice for relaxing. -All staff, including the receptionist and restaurant staff, are so nice and helpful. -Food is great and good in organize the breakfast, not only the buffet. They made it by order during breakfast for the main course as well. So appreciated! -I like the way to organize and manage the hotel. Food came very fast and no need to wait so long. The staff seem has a very good training. Everyone has a good attitude. -Please keep this quality of service until we visit again next year. Thank you for all of the staff and hotel service. :-)

We stay the suite at the corner, the room is perfect, with great mountain view, and rolling curtain on ceiling to see stars at night. Breakfast is special, dinner restaurant is huge and different sections.

There is an incident where my daughter bite the glass and it is broken, we think the quality of the glass is quite bad, and the hotel still charged us a fees for that, although is not a big fees, so we obliged to pay, but I think such a small costs, the hotel could afford to cheer customers?

We stayed for 2 nights at the groundfloor with direct pool access which was fantastic. The surroundings, the view and bird sounds were amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful even if not all of them fluent in English. Food was also great. Would certainly stay here again.

Nothing to complain about. If I had to name something it would be that our boys thought the water in the pool could have been a few degrees warmer!

My daughter was upset with me for booking this room.. for only one night! 😆 She wanted to stay for a whole month! We loved the whole layout of the family room where the kids can be in their own little fun world

There are quite a few mozzies around but they provide a mosquito repellant cream

The hotel staff were lovely and helpful. Free overflowing mini-bar snacks, free floats for use at the pool. Stayed in a family room and it had slides and a separate toilets for the children. Dinner at Timber Tales was also very nice.

Breakfast options (ala carte menu) was a bit limited.

Every things are good. Clean, new, friendly staffs. It is very recommended place for relaxing and honeymoon.

The only thing is english language for staffs. It is hard to communicate with staffs, specially the restaurant staffs.

the hotel is amazing, immaculately clean, great food and drinks, unreal views from the rooms, good location, 15 minute drive from khao yai national park.
