Great pool and good breakfast!

The location is quite remote, you are more or less forced to eat at the (very nice) rooftop restaurant, which is extremely expensive! (3-4 times as much as a normal restaurant). There are no scooters for rent, but the staff at least can drive you to the national park entry. Better to book a guide and driver though! English language ability of the staff is quite limited.

The hotel is very beautiful especially the rooms and the gardens with the pool It's close to the National Park which is great

The restaurants, rooftop bar, and any possibility to eat or drink something outside your room weren't given. Menu is small, and when you do night safari, you will be too late for ordering. We did write the hotel via WhatsApp to preorder pasta with olive oil and garlic, but we got a meat version instead. Breakfast is the only time you can actually eat in the restaurant. It's very difficult getting a cab. Grab is not working in the area, so you need to ask reception, and getting a cab could take a while. The next supermarket is not at all in walking distance. The hotel seemed pretty deserted during our stay. It was difficult to communicate with the staff because of lack of English, but it worked with google translate

The staff were all polite and welcoming, breakfast was decent, especially if you stayed with the Thai options. The view was good, especially from the rooftop bistro. The pool and kids' play area were both excellent for families.

While the staff were really nice, a true customer orientation was missing. For example, we booked for two adults and one child and were given towels for only two people. When I asked for another bath towel, reception initially said I would need to pay extra. Of course, I refused and they conceded the point. Also the quality of the food and drink at the cafe in the lobby was poor, yet premium priced..

The property was huge and perfect for a family travelling together. They have its own garden and the breakfast buffet was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the balcony and the view from the room it was so calming!

Since the resort is very far from the main area and it’s impossible to get a decent rate to travel around by taxi (because grab and bolts are not around this area) I feel like 24/7 dine in would have been pretty nice. It’s a bit far from the main area! But if you are looking to completely relax it’s perfect

From the entrance to the property & through out its facilities we were impressed. Security at entrance gate, ample parking, with staff arriving in golf cart as we parked the car. Outstanding service & attention to detail. Staff couldn’t be more helpful & as it was my wife’s birthday on our arrival, the resort prepared our room with birthday decorations & and cake with candles.. thank you very much Vivace Khaoyai

The room was spacious, comfortable and modern. The roof top restaurant was lovely, good food too. The gardens were well tended, with quirky designs and beautiful shrubs and flowers. The breakfast spread was great and the staff attentive and helpful.

The swimming pool was sooooooo cold, you simply couldn’t use or. That one thing will put me off returning.

The staff responded in Facebook chat quickly and politely. When we were at the hotel they were always prompt to assist us with a smile. Breakfast was superb. Their Kanom Krok is the best I've ever had. It’s not traditional style but crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, with a rich taste of coconut. Best thing is it’s not too sweet. I would stay there again just for them. The hotel itself is beautiful with many spots for pictures taking.

Relaxed atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with fresh cooking station. Pool hours were good enabling early and late swimming. Grounds well cared for with pleasant areas to wander through and sit in both in the day and evening as they were well lit. Plenty of space in the car park. Roof-top bar and restaurant with lovely views of the surrounding area.

Nothing but for improvement I suggest providing more than three coat hangers for two people and a second pillow as one thin pillow was insufficient.

The room is very big, clean and well designed with a lively balcony. Enjoyed the mountain view from the 3rd storey room. The estate is beautiful with a large garden. A roof top terrace where we enjoyed sunset, and a lovely garden breakfast area. The location is great, near the national park, the flower garden and many other attractions.

Could supply each room with more clothes hangers and pillows.

We like best is the spaciousness of the villas that we stayed in. The amenities are good. Only 1 restaurant at the rooftop but serves very yummy food although not much variety. Service is excellent and the reception staff are all very friendly.

The hotel has no spa or massage service. Should look into having a spa or at least some massage services for the convenience of the hotel customers instead of having to travel out for spa services.
