I liked the breakfast and had enough so we had to take late lunch. Staff were so helpful to call the taxi and receive us from the taxi when we reached the hotel. The room was spacious and having a window in the room was always good to feel the openness. The 7/11 beside hotel always kept our freeze full. I always recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives visiting Bangkok.

we could not get the chance to use swimming pool. However we manage to get chance to sit around there. The breakfast was the same everyday.

The size of the room is surprisingly big. The lobby is comfy to sit on, to work in, to chill and make new friends.

Somehow there is an issue in the bathroom where the floor is not angled enough to handle water after a shower. There was a little puddle after every shower we took. It can be resolved by providing a rubber mob, or a few more foot towels or (and it's a hard way) to rework floor piles in the bathroom.

Nice interior, clean, everything is as expected from description and works well. Provide free parking. Helpful stuff. We'll definitely stay there again when we need to be in that part of Bangkok.

Driving to the hotel in the evening on small streets was not easy, but it's about (crazy) traffic in Bangkok, not the hotel's responsibility .

I've been staying at the Atrium for years now. The staff are very helpful and while some of the rooms could use a refresh, they're spacious, clean and I love the complimentary pajamas. The hotel also has a pool which is very rare, especially here in Huai Khwang which to me is perfect, as I prefer to be in an area of the City that isn't touristy. It's relatively close to the transit line, with a 7-11 right next door, and also a huge market which is where I buy All of my food. If you enjoy an authentic Thai urban experience, I recommend Huai Khwang hwang and the Atrium.

One of the lifts was broken for our entire stay, and that slowed things down for us. It's just a minor nuisance in the grand scheme of things, but my husband is in a wheelchair so we couldn't just take the stairs.

Ambiance, staff support always willing to assist. Very spacious and immaculately clean rooms and facilities. Would recommend anytime

Breakfast was good but no variety for all those days we stayed there, it can be very boring the same food every morning. Also, they should serve beef sausages, cereals -had conflakes only, bacon, and ommulettes.

The Atrium Boutique hotel is very nice place to stay for vacation or business purpose. The staff is wonderful and breakfast is good. Amenities are very good like swimming pool and is well maintained.

Could improve the lighting in the room if possible.

I did not really dislike what I mentioned below but I expect some changes in this direction for next time a more stable and permanent wifi, the tv programs, the towels, but the pool maybe not easy to do

The bed was uncomfortable, too soft. The pool was closed one day for maintenance. The breakfast was very very simple.

Beds are comfy. Room is a great size. The pool is perfect size for the kids and we liked the jets at one end. Staff is lovely and the friendliest team we've experienced in Bangkok. Location is great for events at Thailand Cultural Center.

We loved the pajamas so much from our first visit and were really looking forward to them again. It was very disappointing not having any in the room on our second visit. Crossing fingers about next time.
