Restaurants and shops nearby, big suites with plenty of space and 2 bathrooms. Pool had a lovely view. Looked after our bags while we toured after check in.

Suites are in a different building, across the road from the hotel. Breakfast could be better. Room smelled like smoke. The property did not look as good in real life as in the pictures.

We stayed in opposite bulding, which is probably older. The windows are actually too thin and the hotel is right next to the main street. The traffic at night was too loud

The Hotel generally! The beautiful Lobby. The very gentle Staff. Our booked Bedroom, excellent! The beautiful Breakfast location, with for me enough Selection of different dishes. The outdoor Bar on the Top, Floor Number 8 and the Pool. The very good Original Cocktail with Happy Hour Time. The food in the Restaurant. The Proximity of the Metro Station with nearly Big big Shopping Centre, "Central 9" (only two Station from the Hotel). For the Hotel not real negative pronounce, only two suggestions for the Breakfast Team.

The great traffic in the evening by walking. And the missing of English Menus in the Cinese Restaurants and availability of Spoon and Fork.

+welcoming staff at the doors and on the desk. + room was comfortable. + shower was very good. + breakfast was decent.

- driving to the hotel is difficult, down narrow streets with a LOT of traffic to deal with. - parking was not great. The car park was small and not easy to get into. - on our second day of breakfast we came down later in the morning. Little was done to refresh what was offered (only 1 person on duty) so I missed out on some of the things I’d have liked. - the toilet was a tiny space next to the shower. Not a lot of room for someone as tall as me and when water from the shower leaked into the space, it meant you had cold water at your feet. Not ideal.

I loved the staff yhey were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated all my requests. We had breakfast every morning, the food was a mix between traditional western and Thai. My favourite was the omlette and soy milk. I loved the decor especially how they helped another couple celebrate a birthday. Inside the room, they had a panel at the front of the room and on the bedside that allowed me to oeprate the lights, aircon and curtains. I found this very accessable. They made our bed everyday and even managed to make it one day when we left the room at 3pm. I was very impressed by this.

Although the service waa exemplar, the hotel itself gave the feeling that things were broken and not fixed. The TV did not work, I will add they offered to move us to a room where it did, one of the draws did not open properly and a tile in the pool was loose.

The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very clean and luxurious. We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, many thanks especially to Pat and Ploy at the reception desk for helping us with everything we needed like taxi and travel advise. The guy at the door was very friendly and helpful with arranging a taxi for us when needed. The restaurant was stunning with live aquarium and beautiful style and the food is delicious. The people in the restaurant were very helpful with bringing us breakfast in the room when I did not feel so well. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the bar at night.

they need to improve the security. when I was there, someone opened my room in midnight. And the mistake is made by the reception. they give my room card to another new customer which she is in another room.

Very clean and the place was set up in respect of Dharma or Zen very balanced harmony of colors and buildings built in respect of feng shui

One meal made me sick from cross-contamination of shrimp. I am extremely allergic to shrimp. The meal did not have shrimp in it, but there was some cross contamination kitchen. Staff must be more careful to clean everything in between meals if someone has food all allergy.

The breakfast had a wide variety and the room was really beautiful. Room had central remote for light settings.

1. TV was inoperable, it cannot be casted. It was locked(only local channels could be seen) 2. There were no moisturiser provided in the toiletries. 3. The swimming pool timing should be from 6 or 7 am. Since it was from 10 am so wasn’t able to use it as we used to travel at that time.

I’m so glad I found this hotel. I love the decorations and it made me feel immersed in the culture. The hotel staff were always so kind and pleasant and helpful with whatever I needed. The restaurant in the basement had great food as well! Everything about this hotel I loved and I have been comparing each hotel after to this one. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I’ve slept in, and the room set up was perfect! Also love the sky bar with a beautiful view of the city. It rained a lot so I didn’t get to experience the pool, but it was still nice to look at. This hotel was also in a great area within walking distance to shopping, food, and the subway station which I liked. If I’m ever in Bangkok again, I know where I’m staying!
