Located on a very quiet road where you can sleep peacefully. Very spacious room with a toilet and a balcony. Comes with an AC, a fridge and an electric kettle. Huge and comfy bed and pillows. Very clean. Wifi that's not super fast, but does the job. 24/7 7-Eleven is around 3 minutes walk away. A lively night market is 5 minutes walk away, lots of eateries starting from 50baht for a dish. MRT (local subway) 5 minutes away. They clean daily and bring you two free bottles of water every day. Even a friendly and funny night guard is in place. Honestly an amazing accommodation for the price.

I really like this place , I stayed here many times while traveling and while looking for an apartment to rent. The area is amazing , night market , lots of restaurants and anything you need is walking distance - including the MRT. The staff has been nice and helpful with me. I would suggest this place to anyone. The room is spacious and clean , they provide hair dryer and there is a washing machine downstairs that works with coins. There is an elevator as well which is good if you have a big luggage

I like everything but if i can give a small suggestion will be maybe shelf in the shower and maybe a bedside light

If you're unlucky and get a room close to the Dubai Club next door it can be noisy at night.

It’s really comfortable, clean and great location with night market and a lot of Asian food, Ganesha Shrine, MRT/bus stop nearby, 7-11 nearby, a lot of street food in the street. And, a reception staff, night guard and the housekeeper lady are very kind and helpful. I really recommend to stay there when you get in BKK.

- The location is great, the metro station is pretty close. The hotel is on a quiet street, but 7/11 and street food are 2-3 minutes walk. - Furniture is new and pretty comfortable - AC is clean and quiet - Fast WiFi

- The security guard didn't want to check me in and I had to prove for 10 minutes that I had booked a room. It was quite embarrassing. When the man finally showed me the room he went to the shower in the boots (to show me how to use the water heater) - While the room was clean, the floor in the shower was not that clean.

I had a wonderful experience with the lovely staff who were always so welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless and well-equipped with good WiFi, a kettle, and a refrigerator. The toilet and bathroom were immaculately clean, and the flat-screen TV added a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated having a cozy spot to sit and eat in the room. I absolutely loved my stay, and I will definitely book again for my next trip to Thailand. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

I ended up coming back here just a few days later as the location was perfect, right beside train, clothes markets, street food and massage places nearby. Comfy, clean rooms with fridge, sofa, TV, balcony, aircon and private bathrooms, washing machines downstairs also.

No dryers with washing machines, but sunny weather and balcony in rooms meant it wasn't necessary anyway. Plugs were a bit far from the bed.

The room is nice, clean, bright and spacious. Even has a small balcony. The shower has hot water. The location is good too: 4 mins walk from a Huai Kwang MRT station. The neighborhood is nice too: there's a night marker near the station that works until very late, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

It's a bit hard to find the hotel at first, and then find a walking way to the next street. The room could be refreshed with some remodeling. A balcony is way too small, so it's hard to hang out there.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The location is fabulous, you have coffee shops, markets, restaurants and massage places walking distance l. Right by the Blue Line which is very convenient. This is our go to place now in Bangkok. Good price, good facilities. They even have a waiting room and they look after your bags if you need to stay after the check out.

Excellent location for touring Bangkok as the hotel is very close to Huai Khwang MRT - 2 exits which is right at the centre of the blue line making it super fast to travel in either direction. Food , Seven Eleven everywhere near the hotel. Great for a long stay as they have communal washing machines and dryers. Bed very comfortable and daily house keeping.
