After booking this hotel, I saw a lot of bad reviews about it being dirty, rude, dirty bed sheets, and many more. So I was worried about my booking that I would have to face the comments of other guests when I arrived. But it was completely wrong. The lady and the guy at the front desk were polite and clean. The pool (I saw this guy cleaning the pool floor every morning) The room had a great AC, the fridge and the shower were great. This hotel is 3 stars as shown on google map. 1 room for 5 person for 1 room book. When we arrived, one of the maids saw blood stains and went to the front desk to tell them and they gave us 4 new ones. The bathroom was big enough for 1 person to sleep in the bathroom and it was only a 1 minute walk to a 7/11 store. So everything was perfect for my first time in BKK and staying there. Also, I got my deposit back of 1000 baht. Also, please be warned, don't expect a 5-star experience in a 3-star hotel.

We booked our first ever stay here for 3 nights however you can assured it wont be our last stay here, We loved it. Nice big poolside room, Great Air Conditioner, Big Comfy King bed, Lots of TV channels to choose from ( not many English channels,), Very long perfect temperature pool right at our door, Underground train station 15 mins walk away, only 4 stops from city centre, very convenient. Nothing to complain about on our short stay here.

I was a bit hesitant to book the place because of the reviews but it was actually worth it. Staff are very accommodating and can speak english. We checked in late so they offered to leave our keys outside then we can enter any time. They don't have free breakfast, however, there's a 7'11 nearby and a mini food park so you don't have to worry about where to get food or other essentials. They clean your room upon request and they also provide bottled water every day. Plus strong wifi! We enjoyed the cool pool too. Overall, I can say it was a great stay for my family.

the washroom is spacious

no sound proof. you can hear what is going on in the other room like people dragging chairs and when they hit the wall. its disturbing specially when youre sleeping.

This was located in a quiet area. A food court just over the road along with a 7-11 to use as a walking fridge. Take a photo of the hotel sign and the motorbike taxis will know where to take you for 20 Baht from the MRT station. There’s a decent sized pool too. Not a puddle to dip your toes in.

You get what you pay for. It wasn’t a 5* luxury villa. Its price bracket is above hostel rates so that’s what you get.

Things that I liked: Staff: always smiling, very helpful and attentive Location: Perfect. Accessible via MRT Hwai Kwang. Easy to pin if you prefer grab. Room: spacious and clean. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the pool Price: affordable (good value for money). I booked 10 days though 3 days were spent in Vietnam. Security: Door lock worked perfectly. There are CCTVs which are an added security. Amenities: Very reliable wifi connection, tv (only 2 English channels. Most are aired in Thai language), aircon, fridge, water heater, pool, body bath soap and shampoo. Toilet and Bathroom: vey spacious. Shower with heater. Cleanliness: Very clean. You can ask the staff to clean your room (w/o additional cost) Neighborhood: residential condo units, on the left side of the property, just across the street is 711 and there's an atm machine

Friendly staff, old motel feel, great pool for swimming a few laps, not far from MRT, 711 right across the road, comfortable

it's quiet in most ways but you can hear other guests (thin walls) and you can hear motorbikes occasionally ... it didn't bother me but fyi in case some are sensitive

they were all friendly and very accommodating.

lots of mosquitoes outside hehehe but that's okay. I wish that they clean and change sheets every other day. never the less it was a good experience. i would keep coming back for more.

Request are being addressed as soon as possible.

Need to improve their bathrooms, it would be advisable to choose better floor tiles to prevent any potential accidents.
