The location was just right for my needs, its not central but I needed to stay in this area, the staff were friendly and polite, the mini bar was well stocked for those that need it, with daily housekeeping to restock. The room was clean, large and quiet, a balcony overlooks the street, but it is not overly loud and in the evening is very quiet.

Location was ok, but a taxi ride was needed to get into central bangkok, Room was large and spacious and well stocked with drink, water and nibbles, and bed was large and very comfortable.

Toilet flush kept continually flushing, and shower head kept dropping out of it's holder.

Location is amazing. Really good for a cheap stay to store bags, sleep and leave for the day. 7-11 close by which was handy. Massage shops all around which was great. Looked more like a local area not much tourism which was awesome when heading home after a night out.

Didn't dislike many things at all just is a really good value for money hotel if looking for a cheaper option.

Spacious room

Need to focus on cleanliness.

Location is not very central but it's a local neighbourhood with everything you need - 7-11, local bar and a choice of street restaurants are 3 minutes walk. Cheap money exchange and a shopping street with food and clothes market and more restaurants and a craft beer place are 15 minutes walk. The room is a reasonable size though you may not want to stay in it for long. The place is quiet, like an apartment block. People mostly keep themselves to themselves. Desk staff are accommodating and there are a few things that you would expect a hotel to rip you off for, which they don't here. There are washing machines for you to use. Only 3 for the whole block, but they didn't seem to be busy. I was supposed to spend a few days but some work arrived and I ended up spending more than a week there. If I'd have known I would have asked for the weekly rate. I wished I was in a different place, but at least it was a good quiet place to get work done without worrying about anything.

The window looks out on the neighbouring building's window less than 5m away, so it's a bit of a depressing view and if you want any privacy, you need to close the curtains. Nothing to cook with except for a kettle, but I guess that's not unusual for a 'hotel'. Some kind of Inspector Gadget cockroach in the first room, they changed me to another room with no insects, but one appeared a few days in. I don't think they can really stop them, as the ceilings are suspended ceilings. Generally the place feels like it's not built for living in, especially as a hotel but I can't put my finger on why not. I get the impression some people are living there full time.
