This is a clean hotel with big rooms and kind staff. Public transport and taxis are needed to reach the centre but I think it's worth it for the quality of hotel and price. Public transport in Bangkok is very accessible. Metro station 10 minutes walk. Bus stop next to hotel with very frequent buses into the centre. Your fastest and cheapest way into the centre is to get a bus (use ViaBus app for help with routes and times) to Udomsuk BTS or a Tuktuk (MuvMi app) to Bangna BTS and get the green line to where you need to be. This is quicker and cheaper than getting the yellow metro (10 min walk) and changing to the BTS to the green line especially if there is more than one of you.

The hotel itself is located close enough to where I needed to be in the city! The facilities were very good. Clean room, king size bed with rather good mattress. Sheets and linens changed daily. Soda, water, chips provided daily!

Mostly just the breakfast. The one time I did eat breakfast there I ordered it in the downstairs area where I could order it and they brought it up to the room but there was a chemical taste and smell to it and so it completely turned me off of it!!!! Will not order the breakfast there. A microwave was not available in the room so I walked down with frozen meals and used the common microwave for breakfasts from that point onwards mostly. Seven Eleven is around the corner as are a few other restaurants so walking distance.

Cute hotel with everything we need, the pool is nice, a good spot to watch the sunset,water dispenser and coffee machine available downstairs. The breakfast at the cafe at the lobby was good, great coffee but pricey, luckily 7 eleven is just around the corner. The room was big and the beds were comfy and clean. It is the perfect location If you are coming or going to the airport but if you are planning trips to the Siam centre or Chinatown are quite far from there, especially with the traffic jam.

Can be a bit loud from the road downstairs. We were fine with earbuds.

The hotel has excellent customer service with great help of directions to nearby locations. On the top floor, the rooftop pool has a great unique design and a good view of the city. On the bottom floor, the cafe and lobby are neat and quiet.

I felt that the hotel's location was a little difficult to be reached by public transportation like trains and buses.

Very Clean and full of privacy. The room is spacious and so comfortable. Environment, cleanliness, really quiet place even if the hotel is just next to the busy road and highways. The location is very convenient for all those amenities and public transportation access too. Really love to stay there and looking forward to going back again if I have a chance another trip to Bangkok. (I still missing the moments about 2 weeks of my stay during typing this rating.)

Nothing special to mention it. Overall was very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and cheerful (Just like as usual as Thai people do “Vey Polite and friendly”)

The hotel is not very close to the city centre but very close to the main airport. I was visiting a relative receiving medical treatment in one of the nearby hospitals so the location was perfect for me. The room was spacious and comfortable and the pool was a bonus. There are pool towels and a shower on the rooftop pool so you don't need to take towels with you. The pool is small but nice for a leisurely swim and provides nice views of the city. The location is close to convenience stores.

The location is a while from the city centre, so probably not ideal for tourists wanting to be close to there. Only one elevator so sometimes have to wait a couple of minutes.

The rooftop pool is great and the café in the hotel is really nice and has great coffee. Also, the room had a lot of space to spread our luggage and even sockets with USB connection, highly appreciated. Several snacks and some water were laid our for free in the room. The staff were also very friendly.

Unfortunately, it is located next to several highways (3 above each other) and train tracks. The resulting noise couldn't be blocked by the window. But at least the hotel tries to do something about it by offering free earplugs in the room.

There was helpful and friendly staff. Quickly resolved any issues that arose. The maid cleaning was very fast. The room was clean and comfortable. Every day they gave a new bottle of water and paper

The room is directed towards the highway, which was quite noisy, but ear plugs helped solve this problem.

The Hotel is nearby the BTS and Malls, with bigger malls a few minutes away. It is conveniently situated off the main rooad and Tollway, making it easy accessible. The rooms are new, clean, large and the staff is friendly and supportive. The Hotel has a coffee shop within the ground level making it a really comfortable place to relax at.

I can't find anything that i didn't like, the price is very good, and the Hotel is well located and within nearby malls and restaurants. Access to the hotel is easy from BTS or Tollway if traveling by car or taxi.

The Hotel is conveniently situated near to the BTS, large malls and is out of the busy road. It is well decorated, the rooms are new, the staff are super kind and helpful, the room size is great, the rooms are new and comfortable, all expected amenities are there and in great condition, the bed is comfortable, and the TV is big and awesome. The Hotel has a beautiful cafe with a calm and relaxed are to eat and sit and do work.

It would be even better with a little bit of cupboard space but i enjoyed my stay and will definitely return again for future stays at the hotel
