The beds were comfortable, the staff were cooperative and everything worked as it should. The air conditioning was efficient and there was good room in the bathroom. This is a modern hotel and on the main road. There are plenty of restaurants not far from the hotel. I have stayed here several times and am always happy to return.

The cost of the shuttle is significantly higher than walking to the front of the property and getting a taxi. The coffee shop works limited hours and food options are limited (there are food places in easy walking distance of the hotel)

Nice size room, light, bright and clean, free water,kettle but no coffee or tea. Lovely small about 15m x 5m pool and four sunbeds to chill on. Right on the main road if you turn right two shopping malls with, one with a good court. Further on about 10 mins walk a local morning/day market with good food options. Lovely wat over the canal behind. Top tips GRAB to/from airport was 147/130 baht. We walked a loop to the rear. Turned left along the main road to the second turning left, over the canal, another interesting Way. Followed the road bending back around, some local shops, restaurants, even a small food court near a 7/11. Carrying on down comes out at the local food market. We had a good night in the bar near 7/11 GRAB there 75 baby, walk back 10 mins.

Possible cushions for the sunbeds, were wooden and hard. The pool only opened from 09.00 until 18.00. very frustrating after a day exploring. No lift in building two. Crossing the main road was difficult. Train station is 2kms away to city. However busses out front regular towards city.

the hotel is very close to suvarnabhumi airport, about 8 minutes by taxi and about 150 thb. the location is central with walking distance to some businesses such as shopping mall, market and restaurants. the facilities offered in the rooms are very good. the hotel environment, the building and the cleanliness of the rooms are very good. the staff is friendly and helpful. the rooms are comfortable, cozy and make you feel at home. i had no problems during my stay and was very satisfied. i recommend it to those looking for accommodation in lat krabang area and around the airport.

So close to the airport and convenient to many eating places, massage/spa, and shops. The hotel is very clean, the staff are kind, and the pool was wonderful.

Unfortunately we didn't get off to a good start when we were told at the airport that we would need 3 cars or two larger cars, to transport our family (2 adults, 3 kids), plus our luggage (we each had one check in suitcase and one carry-on case). We had booked two cars as required (one per room), but apparently this wasn't enough, and so we were charged the price of 3 cars. It would have been better to know that we needed 3 cars/two larger cars before we arrived, for our budgeting. Also, it would be helpful to know that we needed an extra bed before arrival. The booking accepted five of us, but there was really only bed space for four of us. The staff quickly made up an extra bed, but again it was an extra cost we were not expecting.

I recently spent two nights at Port Canary Airport Hotel in Bangkok before catching my flight back to the UK—and I must say, it was a surprisingly lovely send-off. From the moment I arrived, the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Genuinely friendly, warm, and helpful—the sort of hospitality that makes you feel like more than just another name on a booking sheet. My room? Spotless. It honestly looked brand new. The bed was ridiculously comfy, and the pillows? Like resting your head on a cloud—assuming clouds are as soft as they look and don’t come with rain. There’s a rather charming little pool tucked behind the hotel, with plenty of seating around for a post-swim chill session. Food options on-site are limited, but if you’re peckish, the staff are more than happy to whip something up in the cosy little lobby area, which also has snacks and drinks on hand. For more variety, I walked about 8 minutes to the 7-Eleven across the main road (easy enough thanks to a dedicated crossing), or about 10 minutes the other way to a local mall. Despite being close to a main road, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. Not a single honk, motorbike rev, or street vendor shout to disturb my final nights in Thailand. The airport is just a 12-minute drive away, and I took the hotel’s shuttle service for 200 baht (roughly £4.50)—convenient and affordable. Overall though, I’d absolutely recommend Port Canary Airport Hotel for fellow solo travellers—especially those over 50 looking for peace, comfort, and convenience before flying out. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

If I’m being picky, the only real downside was the Wi-Fi. Like many hotels, it cuts off when you remove your room card, so I had to wait a few minutes for everything to reboot each time I returned. Plus, my room’s Wi-Fi did freeze up now and then, but in fairness, my SIM had expired by this point, so I noticed it more than usual.

I arrived at 130 am, after traveling for 30 hours to get to Bangkok. I let the hotel know, as I didnt know if anyone would be there to check me in. They advised they would be waiting for me. It was a quick cab ride to hotel from airport and a gentleman checked me in, and carried my bags to the room. I slept soundly in the cool and comfortable room and did not hear airplanes or cars on the busy road out front of the hotel. I arranged for a shuttle back to airport in the morning to get on the metro to get me to my other booked hotel downtown and that worked perfectly.

No complaints. It was wonderful.

Port Canary is a lovely stay, a 15min drive from airport. The property is well kept and presented. The room was quiet, clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were quite comfortable, good pillows and linen too. Bathroom was very clean and functioned well, good pressure in the shower, water hot. The little balcony was great for fresh air, watching the planes coming in to land. Staff were friendly and sweet. Airport shuttle was convenient and affordable (price per room baht 250)

This hotel was on the smaller side, but it had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure I had a great experience. The hotel offered a comfortable common area that was perfect for working, socializing, or enjoying a drink. The location was excellent, with easy access to shops and food markets. My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel even arranged transportation for me during my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable place to stay in a great location.

I'm not use to all the traffic but I guess that's the way it is in a city the size of Bkk.

Good value for money and a cheap Bolt ride (about 150bt rather than 250bt they charge for a shared shuttle per person) from airport. Comfy bed. Quiet if ask for room at back in new building

Staff this time were not very helpful. Didn't point me to the lift yet watched me struggle through the doors with luggage without offering to even hold the door and then i turned into loos by mistake. Think they might have been taken over by some company since I got e mails from a holding firm regarding the hotel. They now charge for early check in. Coffee is overpriced so go to Dunkin Donuts nearby. No hairdryer

Super friendly + professional staff. Clean, comfy rooms with good A/C. Nice pool area. Markets and shops within short walking distance. Cheap and reliable 24-hour airport shuttle. Will book here again!
