Clean rooms, very helpful and polite staff, I initially didn't get the room I booked because I checked in really early but Kim was of great help and helped me move to the room I wanted. It was quiet, comfortable and had a cute view of the pond. I really loved the room with the sliding doors. If you're planning to go out, call a grab otherwise the walk to the bike stand is a bit tiring in the heat. Paseo mall is just 10 minutes away and has pretty much everything.

We came here for family holiday. I loved how close the hotel was to the airport and I love the breakfast served. The hosts were nice and welcoming. The quietness of the location made for a great night rest. The beds were firm and comfortable. Slept like a baby. I liked the culturistic touch of taking off shoes before entering the building. If you're not used to this, I encourage wearing socks. Oh and they have a ramp for accessibility which was great for my mom because she doesn't do stairs well.

Overall I loved this quaint boutique hotel. However I learned from the Bolt drivers (had three cancel because of pickup location) that while the location is great being near the airport it is considered far away from attractions (30-40mins) because we had to go thru several tolls in order to get to the floating market and other local attractions so make sure you bring money for tolls that range from 25thb- 50thb or have a personal driver set up ahead of time. Also the traffic was jammed just to get to attractions coming from this location.

The hotel is situated, not far from the airport. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to reach it by taxi. We were met by the team, which was friendly and accommodating. The room is spacious, Wi-Fi is available.

The breakfast was super basic. I got a room with four beds for my family of four people. Small beds were super hard, I have never met hard mattresses like this. But the big bed was really comfortable. It will take you about 15 minutes walk to the nearest food court in case you want to grab some snack outside the hotel. If you get food in the hotel and pay by a credit card, they charge additional 10%.

great bed! good wifi , and amazing service in loby, but the best thing is the location ! 5 min walk from metro, 3 station to the malls.

Very comfortable room, with a good bathroom with hot water, strong wi fi, and comfortable needs. The place is close to airport (15 minutes by Grab, which is the Asian version of Uber). It’s quiet, cozy, and the small restaurant has good and inexpensive food options.

Understanding it is a cultural requirement in Thailand, it would have been good to know ahead of time that we had to take off our shoes outside the building and go barefoot to the lobby to check in and then to the room.

We were looking for a place that could fit a large family near the airport. The staff were very helpful to arrange transportation for us and to welcome us even though we didn’t arrive to the resort until after 2am.

Everything was exceptionally clean. My room was very spacious. Loved that it had a ceiling fan as well as air conditioning. Staff very polite and helpful. Lovely and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus.

Would have liked soap available at the hand basin rather than having to step into the shower for shower gel when just wanting to wash my hands.

Nice quiet location. Staff super friendly and helpful, they also arranged an early taxi transfer to the airport. Great nights sleep, lovely and clean.

Location is a bit isolated and not many shops nearby or restaurants. Although if you are looking to go into Bangkok centre, the cab fare is still pretty cheap if it was for a few occasions. We often used grab or bolt which was quick and cheap.

I had an early morning flight, so the location close to the airport was particularly important. The staff are friendly and helpful, the taxi I ordered was waiting outside the hotel 5 minutes before the agreed time with the engine running. The room was clean and well equipped and despite the proximity to the airport there was hardly any noticeable aircraft noise.

the beds are good, but ours were a bit hard

Our favourite place to stay if we need Suvarnabhumi airport. Always welcoming and friendly staff. A cozy room with comfy beds. Also a very nice shampoo in the bathroom. We were offered complimentary snacks in the kitchen too. They also have bottles of water in the room and water dispenser in the kitchen with both cold and hot taps. Easy to create some darkness with the curtains if you need a good sleep but the sun is still up. We love it and recommend to travellers:)
