This hotel was exceptional in every way - the facilities, room size, comfort, value for money, and food. It is an easy distance from the airport, the hotel provides shuttle once an hour but if you can't co-ordinate with it it's inexpensive in a taxi. We had a stopover in Bangkok and loved this hotel so much we booked a day stay on our way back from Europe to Australia. It meant we could sleep a little, have a swim and shower before hopping back on a plane. I highly recommend this, I felt like I had a mini holiday on the way home. The service was lovely - the usual warm generous Thai style. The breakfast was next level, so much variety and dietry options. The pool was fabulous, so long you could do laps. There are lots of different spaces at the hotel so you don't need to be in your room if you don't want to be and the balconies looked fabulous (we didn't have one) and over look the pool. The property is clean and well maintained and has a good gym and great day spa facility that is cheap. I highly recommend this hotel!

It’s the perfect location if you have an early flight or need a place to stay close to the airport. The rooms are beautiful, modern, clean and comfortable. The pool is relaxing and huge and there are restaurants to choose from within the hotel too. I had an early morning flight but thoroughly enjoyed the last day of my holiday at this hotel. Some hotels near airports make you feel your holiday is over but this one felt like an extension of my trip

Excellent, new hotel with all the details covered. Professional, courteous staff, terrific rooms with comfortable bedding and sitting area. Restaurants, bar, buffets, large pool and nicely appointed gym with free weights and benches. Airport shuttle runs hourly. The shuttle van is clearly marked on the outside with hotel name. A great choice for stays near Bangkok’s international airport.

Check-in/Check-out flawless. Pristine room, spotless. Perfect airconditioning. Comfy bed. Handy 7/11 down the road, and food options in mall opposite hotel. Shuttle to Airport. Huge pool.

Food and beverage prices. Ouch! Public areas slightly soulless, maybe because it is new. Having to do the Bangkok shower dance - inconsistent water temperature!

The shuttle bus service to airport only once an hour is not enough. It should be every 15 to 20 minutes

Good modern hotel and unexpectedly good for being so close to the airport. Perfect to stay before early flight next day. Also pool is very acceptable

Location to airport and comfort

Amazing luxurious hotel, brand new, with a wonderful pool area, great dining options (3 restaurants: a classy bar/dinner place, a large buffet-style restaurant and a stylish American diner for tasty burgers & floats/milkshakes).

Nothing really. Sadly, we only stayed there for a few hours/one night, to bridge the wait for our early morning flight. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were taken aback by how luxurious the hotel is and we wished we could’ve stayed a little longer, mainly to enjoy the pool area and to relax in the luxurious setting. If you wan lt to visit Bangkok for several days then perhaps this hotel is not for you, simply because the location is outside the city of Bangkok (but very close to BKK airport).

This is a great hotel. with a beautiful big pool. The rooms are nicely designed and convenient, Aircon is good, shower is effective. Location near Robinson Lad Krabang mall is excellent.

Honestly, there are other hotels in the area that are high quality and totally fine for a night and are literally a quarter of the price that you pay at Courtyard. There are even places nearby with decent swimming pools for a quarter of the price. I stayed at Courtyard because everything else that I like was fully booked, but would I stay there again? Probably not - I can get what I need for $150 less.

The shuttle service for airport pick up was terrible. Van was not well marketed and the pickup location was very very confusing. Never saw shuttle. Had to take taxi from airport to hotel. Totally unacceptable!!!!!
