We stopped for just one night before we flew home and it was ideal - right near the airport, a night market nearby as well as a 7-11. Staff were all friendly and the bed was absolutely huge! :) Top tip - visit Ve’lar massage, just around the corner for a last minute Thai massage before your flight, they were fantastic! ❤️

Facilities were good dining area and breakfast area facilities have been upgraded. Quality of breakfast food items very much improved. This hotel is on an upward trend well done.

I recently stayed at this hotel twice in a week, and I can’t recommend it enough! The free airport shuttle was a lifesaver, especially since my parent's flight arrived at 2 AM. It made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The area around the hotel is really nice, with plenty of small restaurants to explore, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat. Plus, being so close to the airport made it super convenient for our travels between Bangkok and Pattaya. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for its excellent service and prime location! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

It's an older hotel , but was clean and some new appointments. The air con fan was loud, but not needed at night. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful., the location is fantastic to get to and from the airport with free shuttle and with a wonderful market 5 min walk with cheap food, outside small bar and Thai products like muay Thai boxing shorts and tee shirts half the price than bangkok and krabi. All in all, if your flying in or out of bangkok airport and you don't want the 1.5 hour drive into bangkok city centre, then stay here, you can get a taxi to train station to go into bangkok if you need to ......

I'm a regular visitor to this hotel. As a place to start your holiday or as the last night before you fly back,I highly recommend. They will pick you up at the airport and take you back. Very comfortable beds and balcony rooms available. Breakfast catered for all tastes at a very reasonable price. Everything is lovely and clean in the rooms. The staff are very courteous and helpful. They will get you to the airport on time. So you can relax and unwind at your leisure.

The hotel was a short distance from the airport and we were picked up by a free shuttle, the driver was very courteous and helpful. The reception staff were also very helpful and efficient. Everything and everyone were clean and smart. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a swim before we had a lovely evening meal. The hotel is well situated to do some last minute shopping. After a buffet breakfast we were back on the shuttle bus to the airport. Brilliant value for money.

I'd be nitpicking if I had to pick something to dislike. It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel.

I usally get the rooms to the right but this time i got the rooms to the left and the beds was very hard and you could hardly sleep on them. also i ask for a king bed but received 2 small beds. not much of a problem but it was not advertised as it said.

if you walk in and book a room it is about 30% more then booking online. would just be better if the price was just the same no matter how you book it.

Room as usual was excellent. Big, everything I needed. WiFi was OK. Nice shower with good water pressure. Wake up call spot on time. Minibus to airport spot on time and driver very helpful.

Aircon a little cold. No working power point next to the bed. Bathroom door opened onto the toilet so banged against it on entry restricting access space.
